Protection from work and discernment for ### 🙏🙏🙏

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your cry for protection and discernment in your workplace, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before the throne of grace. The challenges you face—hidden intentions, two-faced behavior, and uncertainty—are not unseen by our Heavenly Father. He is the God who exposes darkness and brings truth to light, and we trust Him to act on your behalf.

First, we must address the foundation of your prayer. You have rightly come before the Lord in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach God or find salvation (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). It is only through His sacrifice and resurrection that we have access to the Father, and it is in His authority that we pray. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your faith fully in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for He alone can save and sustain you in every trial.

Now, regarding your workplace, we rebuke the spirit of deception and manipulation that may be at work in your department. The Bible warns us, *"For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, masquerading as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light"* (2 Corinthians 11:13-14). We declare that any hidden agendas or ungodly influences will be exposed by the light of Christ. We pray that your department head’s eyes would be opened to the truth, not by human persuasion, but by the Holy Spirit, who leads us into all truth (John 16:13).

We also lift up your position and your desire to serve with integrity. Scripture assures us, *"The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still"* (Exodus 14:14). We pray that God would protect you from unjust treatment and grant you favor in the sight of those in authority. If it is His will for you to remain in this role, we trust Him to establish and secure it. If He has another path for you, we pray for peace and clarity as He directs your steps.

Your request for restoration of trust and respect in your working relationship is valid, but we must also caution against placing undue expectations on human relationships. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight."* While we pray for godly relationships, our ultimate trust must be in God alone, for He is the one who orders our steps.

We rebuke any roots of resentment, pride, or fear that may try to take hold in your heart. Instead, we pray that you would be filled with the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). May you respond to this situation with wisdom, humility, and grace, knowing that God sees all and will vindicate you in His time.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this situation and this dear one who is seeking Your protection and discernment. Lord, You see the hidden things, the intentions of the heart, and the schemes of the enemy. We ask that You would expose any deception, manipulation, or ungodliness in this workplace. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let truth prevail.

Father, we pray for this department head. Grant her wisdom from above, which is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere (James 3:17). Open her eyes to see the truth clearly, and soften her heart to receive Your guidance. If there are those around her who seek to mislead or manipulate, we ask that You would reveal their motives and frustrate their plans.

Lord, we place this one’s position, work, and role into Your hands. You know their heart and their desire to serve with integrity. Protect them from unjust exclusion, oversight, or removal. If it is Your will for them to remain in this role, establish and secure it. If You have another path for them, grant them peace and clarity as they follow You.

We pray for the restoration of trust and respect in this working relationship. Let mutual understanding grow, and may their interactions be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. Guard their heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Fill them with Your Spirit, that they may respond with humility, patience, and wisdom.

Father, we surrender this situation to You, trusting that You will fight the battles they cannot fight. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that You will bring justice and vindication in Your perfect time. Strengthen their faith, and let them rest in the knowledge that You are their defender.

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
