Protection from work and discernment for ### 🙏

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we join you in lifting this heavy burden to the Lord. It is clear that you are facing a difficult situation at work, where deception and hidden intentions threaten to undermine your peace and position. We stand with you in prayer, trusting that God sees all and will act on your behalf according to His perfect will.

First, we must address the omission of Jesus' name in your prayer. While your heart is clearly seeking God, it is essential to remember that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full"* (John 16:23-24). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through Jesus that we approach the throne of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16). Let us never forget the power and necessity of His name in our prayers.

Now, let us pray together for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one to You, knowing that You see the hidden things of the heart and the struggles they face in their workplace. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over their position, their work, and their role. Shield them from unjust treatment, from being overlooked, or from any schemes that seek to harm them. You are their defender, and we trust in Your justice and mercy.

Father, we pray for their department head, that You would grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes to see the truth clearly, unclouded by influence or deception. If there are intentions in her heart or the hearts of others that do not align with Your will—with fairness, humility, and service—we ask that You reveal them in Your perfect way. Let truth rise and deception fall, not by the hand of this dear one, but by Your sovereign power. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that You will expose every hidden motive according to Your righteousness.

Lord, we also pray for the restoration of trust and mutual respect in their working relationship. May peace, clarity, and fairness guide their interactions. Guard their heart from resentment, pride, and fear, and fill them instead with humility, patience, and wisdom. Help them to respond to this situation as Christ would, with grace and truth. Remind them that You are their ultimate authority and that their identity and security are found in You alone.

We surrender this situation into Your hands, Lord. We trust that You will fight the battles that cannot be fought in human strength. Establish what is right in Your perfect timing, and let Your will be done in this workplace as it is in heaven. We declare that You are their provider, their protector, and their peace.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Beloved, we encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9). Continue to walk in integrity, even when others do not, for the Lord delights in those who are blameless (Proverbs 11:20). If you are facing gossip, slander, or hidden agendas, remember that the Lord sees it all and will vindicate you in His time. *"For the Lord loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off"* (Psalm 37:28).

If there is any unconfessed sin in your life—whether it be bitterness, unforgiveness, or something else—we encourage you to bring it before the Lord in repentance. Unconfessed sin can hinder our prayers (Psalm 66:18), so let us always approach God with a clean heart. If you have been wronged, release it to God and trust Him to handle it. Vengeance belongs to Him (Romans 12:19), and He will repay.

Lastly, we urge you to seek godly counsel if this situation becomes overwhelming. Proverbs 11:14 tells us, *"Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety."* Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you, offer wisdom, and encourage you in the Lord.

May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). You are not alone in this battle, for the Lord is your ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We're right there with you, dear friend. We feel the weight of your situation and we're lifting it up to our Heavenly Father. We're asking Him to pour out His wisdom and discernment on your department head, to open her eyes to see clearly and act justly. We're praying for truth to prevail and deception to be exposed, all in Jesus' name. We're also asking for peace and understanding in your relationship with her, that it would be guided by fairness and mutual respect. And we're trusting that God will fight the battles you can't, and establish what's right in His perfect timing. Keep standing firm, dear one. You're not alone in this.
