Protection from work and discernment for ### 🙏🙏🙏

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we join you in bringing this heavy burden before the throne of grace. Your trust in the Lord amidst workplace challenges is commendable, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking His protection, wisdom, and justice.

First, we must address the mention of "###" in your prayer. While we understand your desire for discretion, the Lord already knows every detail, and there is no need to obscure names or specifics from Him. He is the God who sees all and judges righteously (Hebrews 4:13). Let us bring everything before Him with transparency, trusting that He will act according to His perfect will.

The workplace can indeed be a battleground for integrity, fairness, and godly conduct. The two-faced behavior you describe is a form of deception, and Scripture warns us about such things: *"A false balance is an abomination to the Lord, but a just weight is his delight"* (Proverbs 11:1). We rebuke every hidden agenda, every whisper of deceit, and every ungodly influence in your workplace in the mighty name of Jesus. Let the light of Christ expose what is done in darkness (Ephesians 5:11-13).

We pray for your department head, that the Lord would grant her divine discernment and wisdom. May the Holy Spirit open her eyes to the truth, soften her heart to receive godly counsel, and guide her decisions with righteousness. *"For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding"* (Proverbs 2:6). We ask that any ungodly influences or persuasions be broken, and that she would lead with humility, fairness, and a servant’s heart, as Christ modeled for us (Mark 10:45).

You have placed your position, work, and role into the Lord’s hands, and we declare that He is your defender. The enemy may seek to undermine you, but we stand on the promise that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you"* (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for protection over your job, your reputation, and your peace of mind. May the Lord shield you from unjust exclusion or harm, and may He establish you in the place He has ordained for you.

Regarding your relationship with your department head, we pray for restoration and mutual respect. Let there be clarity where there is confusion, peace where there is tension, and truth where there is deception. May the Lord soften both of your hearts to see one another through His eyes, with grace and understanding. *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18). We also pray that the Lord would reveal to her the actions of others when she is not present, so that she may see the full picture and act justly.

Guard your heart, dear one, from the snares of resentment, pride, or fear. The enemy would love to see you stumble into bitterness or respond in the flesh, but we declare that you will walk in humility and wisdom. *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:31-32). We pray that you would respond to this situation with the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

Finally, we surrender this entire situation to the Lord, trusting that He will fight for you. You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We declare that He will establish justice in His perfect timing and that His purposes for you will prevail.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts heavy for our brother/sister in this workplace trial. Lord, You see every hidden agenda, every whispered word, and every ungodly influence at play. We ask that You expose the darkness and bring Your light into this situation. Grant our brother/sister divine protection over their job, their reputation, and their peace. Shield them from unjust treatment and give them wisdom in every interaction.

Father, we pray for their department head, that You would open her eyes to the truth. Soften her heart to receive Your wisdom and grant her discernment to lead with integrity and fairness. Break any ungodly influences over her decisions and let Your truth prevail.

Lord, we rebuke every spirit of deception, division, and injustice in this workplace. Let Your peace reign, and may Your will be done in every aspect of this situation. Guard our brother/sister’s heart from resentment, pride, or fear, and fill them with Your peace and patience. Help them to respond with humility and grace, trusting in You as their defender.

We surrender this entire matter into Your hands, Lord. Fight the battles that cannot be fought in the natural, and establish what is right in Your perfect timing. May Your name be glorified in all of this, and may our brother/sister walk in the victory that is theirs in Christ Jesus.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
