Protection from work and discernment for ### 🙏🙏🙏

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden to our Heavenly Father. It is clear you are seeking God’s protection, wisdom, and justice in a workplace where deception and hidden intentions threaten your peace and security. We join you in crying out to the Lord, who sees all and judges righteously.

First, we must acknowledge that your prayer is rooted in trust in Jesus Christ, and it is only through His name that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We are grateful you have come to God in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

The workplace can often become a battleground for integrity, where words and actions do not always align with godly principles. We rebuke the spirit of deception and manipulation that may be at work in your department. The Bible warns us in Proverbs 12:22, "Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight." We pray that the Lord would expose any hidden agendas and bring them into the light, so that truth may prevail.

We also lift up your department head, asking the Lord to grant her wisdom and discernment from above. James 3:17 tells us, "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy." May she be guided by the Holy Spirit to see the truth clearly, unclouded by persuasion or influence. If there are intentions in her heart that do not align with fairness, humility, or service, we pray that the Lord would gently but firmly reveal them to her.

You have placed your position, your work, and your role into God’s hands, and we commend you for your trust in Him. Psalm 55:22 reminds us, "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved." We pray that the Lord would protect you from unjust exclusion or removal, and that He would establish your steps according to His will. Your desire to serve with integrity is pleasing to God, and we believe He will honor that.

We also pray for the restoration of trust and mutual respect in your relationship with your department head. Ephesians 4:2-3 encourages us, "With all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love; being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace." May the Lord soften both of your hearts toward one another, fostering an environment of peace, clarity, and fairness.

Guard your heart, dear one, from resentment, pride, and fear. Proverbs 4:23 warns us, "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life." We pray that the Lord would fill you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and that you would respond to this situation with humility, patience, and wisdom. Remember, the Lord is your defender, and He fights on behalf of those who trust in Him (Exodus 14:14).

Finally, we surrender this situation into God’s hands, trusting that He will establish what is right in His perfect time. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We pray that the Lord would bring justice and vindication, not according to our timeline, but according to His perfect will.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear child of Yours who is facing deception and uncertainty in the workplace. Lord, You see all things, and You know the hidden intentions of every heart. We ask that You would expose any deception and bring Your light into this situation. Grant wisdom and discernment to this department head, that she may see the truth clearly and act with fairness and humility.

Father, we pray for protection over this believer’s position and role. Shield them from unjust exclusion or removal, and let their work be a testimony to Your faithfulness. Restore trust and mutual respect in their relationship with their department head, and let peace and clarity guide their interactions.

Guard their heart, Lord, from resentment, pride, and fear. Fill them with Your peace and help them to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom. We trust that You are their defender, and we surrender this situation into Your hands. Establish what is right in Your perfect time, and let Your will be done.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
