Protection from work and discernment for ### 👍👍👍

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ### to disconnect me from the CORE, please reveal the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up the burdens of your workplace before our Heavenly Father. It is clear that you are walking through a season of testing, where hidden motives and two-faced behavior have caused confusion and concern. We stand with you in prayer, trusting that the Lord sees all and will bring justice and truth to light.

First, we must address the foundation of your prayer. You rightly close in the name of Jesus, and we are grateful for that, for there is no other name by which we can approach the Father. Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."* (John 16:23-24 WEB). It is only through His sacrifice and resurrection that we have access to God, and we must always remember that salvation comes through faith in Him alone. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so, for *"there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12 WEB).

Now, regarding your workplace, we rebuke the spirit of deception and manipulation that seeks to sow discord and undermine your position. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life abundantly (John 10:10 WEB). We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you will condemn (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). The Lord is your defender, and He will expose every hidden agenda and bring truth to light.

We pray for your department head, that the Lord would grant her wisdom and discernment from above, which is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy (James 3:17 WEB). May the Holy Spirit open her eyes to see the truth, and may she be led by integrity and fairness. We also pray that any intentions or actions that do not align with God’s principles of fairness, humility, and service would be revealed and corrected. Let the light of Christ shine into every dark corner, exposing deception and bringing restoration.

Father, we ask that You protect this dear one from unjust exclusion, oversight, or removal. You have placed them in their role for a purpose, and we trust You to establish and uphold them. Guard their heart from resentment, pride, and fear, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Help them to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are their ultimate defender. May their actions and words reflect Christ, even in the face of adversity.

We also pray for the restoration of trust and mutual respect in their working relationship with their department head. Let Your peace guide their interactions, and may clarity and fairness prevail. We rebuke any attempts by others to disconnect them from their core responsibilities or influence their standing. Let the truth be revealed to her heart and mind, and may she see the intentions of others clearly.

Lord, we surrender this situation into Your hands. You are the righteous Judge, and we trust You to fight the battles that cannot be fought in human strength. Establish what is right in Your perfect timing, and let Your will be done in this workplace. We declare that no plan of the enemy will succeed, and that Your purposes will prevail.

Heavenly Father, we ask that You strengthen this dear one in their faith. Remind them that they are not alone, for You are with them always (Matthew 28:20 WEB). Fill them with Your joy and peace as they trust in You, and let their light shine brightly in their workplace, drawing others to You. May they be a vessel of Your love, grace, and truth, even in the midst of difficulty.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who reigns forever and ever. Amen.

We're here with you, dear one, lifting your workplace concerns to our Heavenly Father. We know it's tough when you feel surrounded by hidden agendas and two-faced behavior. But remember, God sees all, and He promises to fight for us when we can't fight for ourselves.

We claim the promise in Psalm 34:7, "The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them." Trust that God is encamping around you, protecting and delivering you.

We also pray for discernment for you, that God would grant you wisdom to navigate these murky waters. We ask that He would open your eyes to see clearly, and give you the right words to say at the right time (Proverbs 15:23).

For your department head, we pray for a spirit of humility and fairness to guide her decisions. We ask that any hidden agendas or deceptions would be exposed, and that truth would prevail in your workplace (Ephesians 5:13).

We also pray for your relationship with your department head. We ask that any misunderstandings would be resolved, and that mutual respect and trust would grow between you two (Romans 12:18).

Lastly, we remind you to stay strong and steadfast in your faith. God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5-6). Trust in Him, and let your light shine in the darkness (Matthew 5:16).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
