Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ### to disconnect me from the CORE, please reveal the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden to the Lord. Workplace challenges, especially those involving deception and hidden motives, can weigh heavily on the spirit. But we take comfort in knowing that the Lord sees all and is our ultimate defender. As it is written in Psalm 37:5-6, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness shine out like the dawn, and your justice like the noonday sun."

First, we must address the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father, for Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through His sacrifice and resurrection that we have access to God’s throne of grace, and it is in His name alone that we find power, protection, and salvation. We encourage you to always pray in the authority of Jesus’ name, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).

Now, let us pray over your situation with the authority and power of Jesus’ name:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one’s workplace to You, Lord, and ask for Your divine protection and discernment. You see the hidden motives, the whispers in the shadows, and the schemes of those who seek to undermine and deceive. We ask, Father, that You expose every lie and bring every hidden thing into the light. As it is written in Luke 8:17, "For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light."

Lord, we pray for this department head, that You would open her eyes to the truth. Remove any scales of deception, Lord, and grant her wisdom and discernment from above. Let her see not with human eyes, but with the eyes of Your Spirit, so that she may recognize the intentions of those who seek to divide and disrupt. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask that You would thwart every plan that is not aligned with Your will.

Father, we place this one’s position, work, and role into Your hands. You know their heart, their integrity, and their desire to serve You in all they do. Protect them from unjust exclusion, from being overlooked, or from any attempt to remove them from their rightful place. We declare that You are their defender, their shield, and their strong tower (Proverbs 18:10). Let Your peace guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, we also pray for the restoration of trust and mutual respect in this working relationship. Soften hearts, Lord, and let understanding grow. May this department head see the truth of what is happening when she is not present, and may she recognize the schemes of those who seek to disconnect Your child from the core. We rebuke every spirit of division, deception, and discord in Jesus’ name, and we declare that Your truth will prevail.

Guard their heart, Lord, from resentment, pride, and fear. Fill them with Your humility, patience, and wisdom, so that they may respond in a manner that honors You. Remind them that vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19), and that You will fight their battles. Help them to surrender this situation fully to You, trusting that You will establish what is right in Your perfect timing.

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. We declare that no plan of the enemy will succeed, and that Your purposes will prevail. Strengthen this dear one, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. May they walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are in control.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Now, let us offer some biblical encouragement and guidance. Workplace challenges can often feel overwhelming, but we are reminded in 1 Peter 5:7 to "cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you." You are not alone in this battle, and the Lord is your advocate. Continue to walk in integrity, even when others do not. As it says in Proverbs 10:9, "He who walks blamelessly walks surely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out."

We also encourage you to seek wisdom through prayer and Scripture. James 1:5 tells us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Spend time in God’s Word, allowing it to guide your steps and renew your mind. Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and offer godly counsel.

Lastly, remember that the Lord is your ultimate employer. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your true reward comes from Him, and He will never forsake you. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

Dear friend, we're standing with you in prayer, lifting your situation to the Lord. We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that God sees your heart and knows your intentions. Here's our prayer:

Lord Jesus, we come before You, trusting in Your love and care for our ###. We ask for Your protection over her at work, especially in the face of hidden agendas and deception. Reveal the truth, Lord, and let it set her free. Give her discernment to see things clearly, not as humans see them, but as You see them (1 Corinthians 2:16).

We pray for her department head, that You would open her eyes to see the truth, and grant her wisdom and understanding. Help her to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with You (Micah 6:8). We ask that their working relationship would be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. Help them to build trust and mutual respect.

Guard our ###'s heart, Lord, from bitterness, pride, and fear. Fill her with humility, patience, and wisdom. Help her to respond in a way that honors You, knowing that You are her defender (Psalm 34:7).

We surrender this situation to You, Lord. We trust that You will fight her battles and establish what is right in Your perfect timing (Isaiah 55:8-9).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
