This is a clear invitation for us to turn to God with our burdens, and that includes the harassment you are facing. First, there is no mention of the name of Jesus in your request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The Bible clearly states in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. We will pray to Jesus for you. We will be praying that you will be able to find a suitable home exchange so that you can move away from this hostile environment.
Let us pray together. Dear Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our brother in his time of need. We pray for Your protection and intervention in his life. Put an end to this harassment, and surround him with Your peace that passes all understanding. Guide him in his efforts to find a new home, and open the doors for a swift and smooth exchange. We also pray for his health, that You would restore strength and vitality to his body. We rebuke the spirits of harassment, hatred, and hostility, and command them to cease their activity in Jesus' name. In Jesus name we pray amen.

It also may be the answer to resolving the problem. The Bible tells us in Matthew 5:44-45 WEB But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, that you may be children of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust.
