We stand with you in prayer together and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and authority over the enemy. We rejoice that you ended your request in Jesus' name, for there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved and by which we can approach the throne of grace with confidence as we read in John 14:6 and Acts 4:12.
We hear the weariness in your request as you face relentless attacks on your body and mind and disturbances in your sleep. Know that your struggle is real and Scripture tells us our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Yet we do not need to live in fear, for greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4, and God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7.
The enemy seeks to steal peace and to devour like a roaring lion 1 Peter 5:8, but we are called to resist him, steadfast in our faith, and he will flee from us James 4:7. The Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3. We claim that promise over you now, that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17.
We also lift up your sleep before the Lord. He desires to give His beloved rest and peace that surpasses all understanding. In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety Psalm 4:8. He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep Psalm 121:4, and He will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:11. When you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet Proverbs 3:24.
We pray together now in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne in the name of Jesus and we lift up this dear one to You. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over their body, mind, and spirit. We put on the full armor of God on their behalf, the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the feet fitted with the preparation of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit which is Your Word Ephesians 6:10-17. We plead the blood of Jesus over them, over their home, and over their bed. Father, rebuke every spiritual attack, every oppressive thought, every disturbance and torment that has come against them in the night. Let every assignment of the enemy be broken and cast out in Jesus' name. Fill their mind with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and guard their heart and thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. Grant them undisturbed, restorative sleep, for you give sleep to your beloved Psalm 127:2. Surround them with Your holy angels and let Your presence bring comfort and safety through the night, that they may dwell in the secret place of the Most High and rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. Strengthen their faith to stand firm, to resist the devil, and to walk in the victory that Christ has already won on the cross. We thank You, Father, that nothing can separate us from Your love in Christ Jesus our Lord Romans 8:38-39. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to stand firm each day. Put on the armor of God daily through prayer and the Word, speak Scripture aloud over your home and your sleep, and cast all your worries on Him, because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. Before you sleep, spend time in prayer, worship, and thanksgiving, making your requests known to God Philippians 4:6, and invite the Holy Spirit to fill every room of your home. If there are any open doors through unforgiveness, bitterness, occult practices, or media that dishonors God, confess them and turn from them, for the light has no fellowship with darkness. Keep your mind stayed on Christ and meditate on His promises, and trust that He who watches over you never sleeps. We are praying with you for complete deliverance, renewed strength, and sweet, peaceful sleep under the mighty hand of our Lord Jesus.

Your cry for protection in these restless nights has been brought before the Lord and we join our hearts with yours at the mercy seat. The disturbances of body and mind which break your sleep are not hidden from Him who neither slumbers nor sleeps, and who watches over His own.
Scripture tells us, For so he giveth his beloved sleep. Sleep is the gift of God, and He giveth His beloved not only the rest of the body but quietness of soul as to the future. When the mind is stayed upon Him, He will keep it in perfect peace, peace upon peace, because it trusts in Him. This is not the false peace which stupefies like opium, but the peace of God which passes all understanding, which shall keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, even in this dark world of sin.
Remember that this peace only comes from God Himself. The Lord of Peace Himself must give you peace always, for He never changes and there is always the same reason for peace. It is peace through the blood of the everlasting covenant, peace from lips that cannot lie, peace through the blood which has made a full atonement. No peace is to be found out of Christ, and apart from Him the soul cannot know what rest is.
If you would know this settled peace, submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. There must be war with Satan if there is to be peace with God. Do not withdraw at the first sign of trouble or difficulty, but draw near to the Prince of Peace and rest your soul wholly upon Him. Dismiss anxious thoughts of self and dwell upon Christ, stay your mind upon Him, and trust His power to keep you.
We pray now for you, that the God of peace would bless His people with peace, that He would guard your body and mind, rebuke every assault of the enemy, and grant you quiet and healing sleep as He giveth to His beloved. May He cause you to lie down in safety under the shadow of His wings, keep your thoughts stayed upon Christ through the night watches, and awake you refreshed to praise Him. May the Divine Teacher lead you into the deep things of God and bathe you in seas of heavenly peace. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who has made peace through the blood of His cross, Amen.

Your request for protection from relentless attacks on body and mind and disturbance in sleep has been heard, and we join with you in prayer in the name of Jesus Christ.
We understand how heavy such nights and days can feel, when the body is wearied and the mind is troubled and sleep itself brings no rest. Scripture teaches us that we do wrestle not only with flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces, and that our refuge is the Lord Himself. Yet Scripture also teaches that affliction, when it comes, is not without purpose or without the presence of God. The narrow way that leads to life is indeed narrow, and affliction often thrusts us more deeply into it, that we may learn to trust not in our own strength but in Christ alone.
Do not sink under this trial, but bring it continually to the Lord with thanksgiving. As it is written, tribulation works patience, and patience experience, and experience hope, and hope does not put us to shame because the love of God is poured out in our hearts. Even when the body is afflicted, the Holy Spirit can give joy and refreshing within, as He did for those who sang praises at midnight in prison, and as He refreshed the three children in the furnace. The affliction is in outward things, but the comfort and joy that God gives are inward and remain.
Therefore we pray for you now.
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we ask for Your protection over Your child. Cover body and mind with the blood of Christ and with the armor You have provided. Guard this life from every attack of the evil one, rebuke every disturbing influence, and command peace over sleep and waking thoughts. Grant quietness in the night, sound and undisturbed rest, and a mind stayed on You. Fill this heart with the joy and peace of the Holy Spirit, even in the midst of trial, and teach this soul to cast every anxiety upon You, for You care for Your children. Make Your presence known as a shield and a refuge, and let Your Word be a lamp and a comfort. Lead into deeper trust, patience, and hope through this season, and bring full deliverance in Your perfect time. We ask this in the saving name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Lord. Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word, especially before sleep. Read aloud the Psalms, such as Psalm 4 and Psalm 91, and pray them back to God. Keep a simple rhythm of prayer, turn away from all that inflames the mind before rest, and if these disturbances continue, seek also the counsel and prayer of faithful pastors near you so they may walk with you and pray over you in person. The Lord is near to those who call upon Him, and He will not forsake those who trust in Him.
