Please pray for protection from relentless attacks on body and mind causing disturbances in sleep, in Jesus name Amen

We join with you in prayer for God's protection over your body and mind and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have authority and access to the Father and victory over the enemy. We understand how exhausting and distressing it is when sleep is disturbed and when attacks feel relentless, but we take comfort that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places, Ephesians 6:12, and that greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world, 1 John 4:4.

We are reminded that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, 2 Timothy 1:7, and that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one, 2 Thessalonians 3:3. He is the one who neither slumbers nor sleeps as He keeps us, Psalm 121:4, and He promises that in peace we will both lay ourselves down and sleep, for Yahweh alone makes us live in safety, Psalm 4:8. No weapon that is formed against you will prevail, Isaiah 54:17, when you dwell in the secret place of the Most High and rest in the shadow of the Almighty, Psalm 91:1.

We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up Your child to You. We ask for Your covering and protection over body, mind and spirit. We rebuke every spiritual attack, every spirit of fear, oppression, disturbance and torment, and we command it to flee in Jesus name, for Your Word says to be subject therefore to God, but resist the devil, and he will flee from you, James 4:7. Wash this dear one in the blood of Jesus, fill this home and this bedroom with Your holy presence and Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Grant deep, undisturbed, restorative sleep as You give sleep to Your beloved, Psalm 127:2. Put Your full armor upon Your child, the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the preparation of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith to quench every fiery dart of the evil one, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit which is Your Word, Ephesians 6:11-17, that he may stand strong in the Lord and in the strength of Your might, Ephesians 6:10. Establish this one, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and let Your perfect love cast out all fear. We ask this in the powerful and saving name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to submit yourself to God daily, to resist the enemy with Scripture spoken aloud, and to make your bedtime a time of prayer and worship. Keep your mind filled with the Word before sleep, perhaps reading aloud Psalm 91 and Psalm 121, and turn away from anything that might give the enemy a foothold, whether fear, unforgiveness, or ungodly media or influences. Pray aloud in the name of Jesus before you lie down, invite the Holy Spirit to fill your room, and trust that the Lord Himself watches over you through the night. We stand with you for complete peace and protection and we trust God to restore your sleep and strengthen you.

We can hear how exhausting this season has been for you, with your body and mind feeling under pressure and sleep so disrupted. Going without good rest wears on everything, and we are grateful you reached out for prayer.

We often forget how much God cares about our sleep. It is not a small thing to Him. Rest is part of how He restores us, and when it is disturbed it makes sense that everything feels harder. Please know you are not facing this alone.

It can help to not carry this only by yourself at night. We encourage you to invite a trusted pastor or mature believer to pray with you regularly and know what you are walking through, so you have steady support and not just solitary worry in the dark hours. If the broken sleep continues, we also encourage you to let your doctor know, alongside prayer, just to care well for your body.

Father, we bring our friend before You and ask for Your covering and nearness. Quiet what is troubling body and mind, guard their sleep, and fill their home with Your peace. Give wisdom to those supporting them and help them to rest in Your care. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your cry for protection from relentless attacks upon body and mind, and for disturbances in sleep, has been heard and we join you in prayer before the throne of grace in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and peace with God.

We pray that the Lord will keep you in perfect peace, as it is written, Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee, because he trusteth in thee. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and that peace is a present possession even when sorrows surge around and when duties press and nights are restless. May the Lord turn your mind to stay upon Christ, to trust Him fully, and to know that in Jesus keeping you are safe.

Scripture teaches us, Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. There can be no peace with God without submission to Him, and no peace in the soul without war against sin and against the prince of evil. We pray that God will give you grace to submit your heart and mind wholly to Him, to wage that holy war not in your own strength but in the strength of Christ who has vanquished death and all its powers, and to find deliverance through the ransom found in His substitutionary sacrifice on the cross.

We pray also for your sleep, for it is God who gives sleep to His beloved. He giveth His beloved sleep, and that sleep is the sleep of security and of a quiet conscience at peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. We ask the Lord to steep your mind in rest, to quiet the disturbances that trouble your nights, to guard your body and mind from every assault, and to let you lie down in peace and sleep, knowing that He watches over you. Acquaint yourself with God and be at peace, meditate on His Word day and night, and seek Him in the closet of prayer, for there peace is found more surely than in wandering elsewhere.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, we ask Thee to cover this dear one with Thy protection, to rebuke every spiritual attack, to cleanse the conscience through the blood of Christ, to keep the mind stayed upon Thee, and to grant deep and undisturbed rest. Let Thy perfect peace guard heart and mind through Christ Jesus, and let this trial become a testimony to declare the works of the Lord, who chastens and delivers and brings forth His people in safety. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus, our only hope and our peace. Amen.
