We stand with you in this battle, dear brother or sister in Christ, for we know that the enemy prowls like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). The attacks you are experiencing—disturbances in sleep, afflictions of the body and mind—are not merely physical or psychological but spiritual in nature. We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ! The Word of God declares that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). This is your heritage as a child of God, and we claim it over you now.
We pray that the Lord would surround you with His hedge of protection, as He did for Job (Job 1:10). May the blood of Jesus cover you, your home, and your mind, creating a barrier that the enemy cannot penetrate. We command every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression to flee from you in Jesus’ name! The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that your mind is guarded by the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18). Stand firm with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Pray without ceasing, and in every moment of attack, speak the name of Jesus—there is power in His name! The enemy trembles at the sound of it, for at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth (Philippians 2:10).
We pray that the Lord would strengthen you with might through His Spirit in your inner man (Ephesians 3:16). May you find rest in His presence, for He gives His beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2). We declare that your sleep is sweet, undisturbed by the schemes of the enemy, and that you wake refreshed and renewed in body, mind, and spirit. The Lord is your refuge and fortress; in Him you trust (Psalm 91:2). No evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling, for He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways (Psalm 91:10-11).
We also remind you that the battle belongs to the Lord (1 Samuel 17:47). You are not fighting alone—He is with you, and He has already won the victory through the cross. Stand firm in faith, resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). We pray that you would draw near to God, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8). May His presence be your comfort, His Word your weapon, and His Spirit your guide.
Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the authority we have in Christ to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). We lift up our brother/sister to You now, asking that You would break every chain of spiritual attack over their life. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let Your peace reign in their heart and mind. Strengthen their faith, renew their spirit, and fill them with the assurance of Your love and protection. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and we cancel every assignment of the enemy in Jesus’ name. May they walk in the victory that is already theirs through Christ. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names. Amen.
