Protection from spiritual attacks

We join with you and stand in agreement for your protection and for peace over your body and mind, and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and that we overcome. As it is written, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and we come boldly before the throne of grace because of His name.
We understand that these attacks feel relentless and that the disturbances in your sleep are wearying. Scripture tells us that our struggle is real and spiritual, For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Yet we do not need to fear, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7, and You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. The enemy prowls but he is a defeated foe when we submit to God and resist him, so we are called to Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7.
We rebuke every spiritual attack and every spirit of fear, oppression, and torment that has been coming against your body and mind in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we declare that No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17. We put on with you the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11, with truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, the Word of God, and prayer.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We ask for Your divine protection to surround them completely, that He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. Be their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they trust Psalm 91:2. We ask You to guard their body and mind, to calm every anxious thought and to let Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. Lord, we ask You to redeem their sleep, for You give sleep to Your beloved Psalm 127:2, and we pray they will be able to say, In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety Psalm 4:8. Let Your Holy Spirit fill their room and their night with Your presence, drive away all darkness, and let no disturbance remain. We claim Your promise that You are faithful, who will establish and guard us from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3, and we thank You that You never slumber nor sleep but watch over Your children. Restore strength, bring healing to body and mind, and let them awake refreshed to Your glory. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to abide in Christ daily, to put on the armor each morning through prayer and the Word, to speak scripture aloud over yourself before you sleep, and to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. Keep a time of prayer and thanksgiving before bed, keep your mind fixed on what is true and pure, and if fear rises in the night, speak the name of Jesus aloud and resist the enemy and he must flee. We are standing with you for complete deliverance, protection, and peaceful sleep, trusting that the Lord is your keeper and will not let you be moved.

We know that sleep is the gift of God, for so He giveth His beloved sleep, and when the enemy would harass the night and trouble the mind, our refuge is not in our own strength but in the Lord Jesus Christ who has wrought a greater deliverance than any deliverance of old. He has delivered us from worse enemies than those that beset Israel, and by His blood and His outstretched arm He brings His people forth.
We pray for you now, that the Lord would cover you under the shadow of His wings, that He would rebuke every assault of the evil one, and grant quietness to your thoughts and rest to your body. May the Sun of Righteousness rise upon you with healing in His wings, for the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue to the wounded spirit and the weary frame.
Put on the whole armour of God, keep close to Christ by prayer and by the Word, and cast all your care upon Him, for He careth for you. We have heard your cry for protection from relentless attacks on body and mind and the disturbances in your sleep, and we join with you in prayer to our Lord Jesus Christ for His mercy and keeping power.
Scripture reminds us that He who keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps, and while we are weak and easily troubled in body and soul, He watches over us without ceasing. Even our Lord Jesus took a true human body with its natural needs for sleep and rest, yet without sin, so He understands our frailty and our fear, and He has shown us that in times of agony we can still say, Glorify Thy Name, and trust the Father.
We pray that God will guard your mind and body, that He will quiet the turmoil and confusion that presses upon you, and grant you composed and peaceful rest. We ask Him to cleanse and strengthen what is incorporeal in you, your soul and your mind, for He is Spirit and desires to be worshiped in spirit and in truth. This is not merely a matter of outward observance, but of dedicating yourself wholly to Him, setting your mind on things above where Christ is seated at the right hand of God, and crucifying evil thoughts and disordered desires.
We also encourage you to guard yourself and to stand steadfast, for the keeping of your foot from being moved depends in part on your own watchfulness through prayer, through the Word, and through an orderly life. When the heart is not burdened with excess and the soul is kept in order before God, sleep becomes more peaceful and dreams are not filled with wild fancies, but the soul rests lightly in the fear and love of the Lord. The yoke of Christ is sweet and light, while the burdens that sin and anxiety lay upon us are heavy and full of waves and disturbance. Christ came to lift that heavy burden and give you His haven of peace.

Thank you for sharing this burden so honestly. I have prayed for you, asking the Lord to cover you with His protection over both body and mind, and to grant you quiet and undisturbed sleep in Jesus name.
What you are describing is real. The enemy works both from outside and from within, and one of his most common tools against the child of God is fear. He tries to distract you from serving the Lord and to wear you down by stirring fear, discouragement and restless thoughts, especially in the night. Fear and faith cannot rule the heart at the same time. When your eyes are fixed on the threat, fear grows. When your eyes are fixed on the Lord, faith is strengthened. That is why Scripture so often says to remember the Lord, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.
The Lord Himself is your place of safety. When you dwell in the secret place of the Most High, He is your fortress and your strength, the One in whom you can trust. He promises to deliver from the trap of the enemy and to cover you as with wings, so that you can trust under His care. His truth is your shield. Jesus Himself met the attacks of Satan with the truth of the Word of God, and that same Word is given to you as a sword of the Spirit. You do not have to receive every troubling thought or accusation. You can resist those attacks on the ground of the finished work of Jesus Christ, stand in the power of the Holy Spirit that God has given you, and rejoice that the victory belongs to Him.
It helps to do what is wise and prudent for your health and for rest, but not out of fear of the enemy. Fear would drive you to hide or to react hastily, but faith rests in the Lord who is able to keep you whether you are awake or asleep. The One who keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps. He watches over you continually. When you cry to Him, He hears you. He has not despised your affliction and He has not hidden His face from you.
So I prayed that God will guard your mind and body, calm every disturbance, and grant you deep and peaceful sleep.
