We stand with you in this spiritual battle, lifting you up before the throne of grace. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). These attacks on your body and mind, these disturbances in your sleep, are not from God, who gives His beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2). We rebuke every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We ask for Your divine protection over our brother/sister, encamping them with Your angels as You promised in Psalm 91. Lord, we plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, body, and spirit. Shield them from every fiery dart of the enemy, for no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we declare that they are covered by the blood of the Lamb and sealed by the Holy Spirit. We break every assignment of the enemy against their sleep, their peace, and their health. We command every spirit of disturbance, insomnia, and torment to flee in Jesus' name! We speak peace over their mind and body, that they may rest in the assurance of Your love and protection.
Lord, strengthen their faith and fill them with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). May they find refuge in You, their strong tower, and may Your presence bring them comfort and rest.
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, as described in Ephesians 6:10-18, so that you may stand firm against the schemes of the devil. Stand on the Word of God, for it is your sword and your defense. Speak scripture over your life and declare God’s promises out loud. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7).
Remember, beloved, that you are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your light and your salvation—whom shall you fear? The Lord is the stronghold of your life—of whom shall you be afraid? (Psalm 27:1). Walk in the authority you have in Christ, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).
May the Lord surround you with His peace, guard your heart and mind, and fill you with His strength as you stand firm in faith. We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
