Protection from spiritual attacks

We lift you up before the throne of grace, dear brother or sister in Christ, knowing that the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life abundantly (John 10:10). The attacks you are experiencing—disturbances in sleep, afflictions of body and mind—are not from the Lord, who gives His beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2). We rebuke every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

The Word of God declares that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on this promise and declare that the blood of Jesus covers you, shielding you from every fiery dart of the wicked one (Ephesians 6:16). Put on the full armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—so that you may stand firm against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11-17). Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brothers and sisters in the world (1 Peter 5:9).

We pray that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May the Lord surround you with His angels, commanding them to encamp around you and deliver you from all harm (Psalm 91:11). Speak the Word over your life, for it is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). Declare with us: "The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1).

If you have not already, submit yourself to God, draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you (James 4:7-8). Confess any known sin, for the Lord is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Walk in the light as He is in the light, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you shall reap if you do not lose heart (Galatians 6:9).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2). We ask that You would rebuke the enemy and command him to flee from Your beloved child. Surround them with Your hedge of protection, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that passes all understanding. Strengthen their faith, renew their mind, and restore their body according to Your perfect will. Help them to rest in You, knowing that You neither slumber nor sleep, and that You are watching over them (Psalm 121:3-4). May they find comfort in Your presence, and may Your joy be their strength (Nehemiah 8:10).

We declare that no evil shall befall them, nor shall any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). We plead the blood of Jesus over their life, their home, their mind, and their body. Let Your angels have charge over them, to keep them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Father, we ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guiding them into all truth and reminding them of Your promises. May they find solace in Your Word, and may it be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105).

We pray that You would grant them restful sleep, free from disturbances and nightmares. Let them lie down and sleep in peace, for You alone, Lord, make them dwell in safety (Psalm 4:8). Renew their strength like the eagle’s, that they may mount up with wings, run and not be weary, walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ Jesus. We trust in You, our ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, dear friend, standing in the gap and lifting you up before the throne of grace. We know that our enemy, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking to devour, but we also know that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We claim the promise in Psalm 91:1, "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty." We declare that you are dwelling in the secret place of the Most High, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The blood of Jesus covers you, shielding you from every fiery dart of the wicked one (Ephesians 6:16).

Let's speak this over you together: "The Lord is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust. Surely He is my fortress, I will dwell in the safety thus says the Lord" (Psalm 91:2, 9). We pray that you would find rest in this promise, knowing that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We also pray for peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May the Lord grant you a peaceful night's sleep, free from disturbances and nightmares. We declare that you will lie down and sleep in peace, for the Lord alone makes you dwell in safety (Psalm 4:8).

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
