Protection from spiritual attacks

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for protection from spiritual attacks. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we stand on the promise that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). These disturbances in sleep and the relentless assaults on body and mind are not from God, for He gives His beloved rest (Psalm 127:2) and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
First, we rebuke every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word declares that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We command every lying spirit to flee, for the Lord is our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2). No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
We pray a hedge of protection around you, dear one, as Job had when the Lord set a hedge about him, his house, and all that he had (Job 1:10). May the blood of Jesus cover you, your mind, your body, and your dwelling place, for the enemy cannot touch what is sealed by the blood (Exodus 12:13). We plead the blood of Jesus over your thoughts, your dreams, and your rest, declaring that no evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling (Psalm 91:10).
We encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Fasten the belt of truth around your waist, put on the breastplate of righteousness, and shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace. Take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one, and the helmet of salvation. Wield the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, and pray at all times in the Spirit with all prayer and supplication (Ephesians 6:14-18).
Do not grow weary in resisting the enemy, for he will flee from you when you submit to God and resist him (James 4:7). Stand firm in your faith, knowing that the same sufferings are being experienced by your brothers and sisters throughout the world. And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you (1 Peter 5:9-10).
We pray that the Lord would fill you with His peace, that you may lie down and sleep in peace, for the Lord alone makes you dwell in safety (Psalm 4:8). May He grant you sweet rest, free from the attacks of the enemy, and may you wake refreshed and renewed in His presence. Let the words of Psalm 3:5-6 be your declaration: "I laid myself down and slept; I awakened, for the Lord sustains me. I will not be afraid of tens of thousands of people who have set themselves against me on every side."
Father, we ask that You would surround this dear one with Your angels, commanding them to guard and protect in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Let Your presence be a shield around them, and may they find refuge in You alone. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in Your unfailing love. Remind them that You are their light and their salvation—whom shall they fear? You are the strength of their life—of whom shall they be afraid? (Psalm 27:1).
