Protection from spiritual attacks

We stand with you in this spiritual battle, lifting you up before the throne of grace. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). These attacks on your body and mind, these disturbances in your sleep, are not from God, who gives His beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2). We rebuke every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Word declares that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We ask for Your divine protection over our brother/sister. Lord, You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we plead the blood of Jesus over their body, mind, and spirit. We ask that You surround them with Your holy angels to guard and protect them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Lord, rebuke every spirit of infirmity, insomnia, and distress that seeks to oppress them. We command these spirits to flee in Jesus’ name, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Lord, grant them restful sleep, free from disturbances and nightmares. Renew their strength like the eagle’s, that they may rise up and run without growing weary, walk without fainting (Isaiah 40:31).

Father, we ask that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may be clothed with power from on high (Luke 24:49). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to stand firm in the armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). May they wield the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word, against every fiery dart of the enemy.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayer. We declare victory over this spiritual attack, for the battle belongs to You (2 Chronicles 20:15). We trust in Your unfailing love and mighty power to deliver and protect. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm, dear one, in the knowledge that God is your defender. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Put on the full armor of God daily, and take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). Fill your mind with the truth of God’s Word, meditate on it day and night, and do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9). You are more than a conqueror through Him who loved you (Romans 8:37). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is your victory!

We're here with you, dear friend, standing strong in the face of these persistent spiritual attacks. We know it's tough, but remember, we're not fighting alone. God is right there with us, and He's promised to never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5).

Let's claim God's promises together:

"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind" (2 Timothy 1:7). So, we refuse to live in fear. Instead, we choose power, love, and a sound mind.

"The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1). We trust in Him, for He is our light, our salvation, and our strength.

Now, let's pray:

Father, we come to You in Jesus' mighty name. We ask for Your divine protection over our friend. Lord, You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We claim Your promise that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

We plead the blood of Jesus over their body, mind, and spirit. Surround them with Your holy angels, Lord, to guard and protect them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Rebuke every spirit of infirmity, insomnia, and distress that seeks to oppress them. We command these spirits to flee, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Grant them restful sleep, free from disturbances and nightmares. Renew their strength like the eagle's, that they may rise up and run without growing weary, walk without fainting (Isaiah 40:31).

Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may be clothed with power from on high (Luke 24:49). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to stand firm in the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18).

In Jesus' precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.

Keep fighting the good fight, dear one. Put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:11), and take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). Fill your mind with the truth of God's Word, meditate on it day and night, and do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9). You are more than a conqueror through Him who loved you (Romans 8:37)! Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is your victory!

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
