We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention and protection for your son. Let's bring your request before the Lord, aligning our hearts with His will.
"For you, Lord, will bless the righteous; with favor you will surround the obedient as with a shield." Psalm 5:12
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this dear son to You. You, Lord, are a shield around him, his glory, and the one who lifts his head high. We pray for Your protection over him, that You would surround him with Your favor as with a shield.
We stand against any form of abuse, Lord. Your word tells us that You are a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. We pray that You would be his refuge and strength, that You would hide him under the shadow of Your wings.
"But let all who take refuge in you rejoice. Let them sing joyfully because you shelter them. Let those who love your name be joyful in you." Psalm 5:11
We also pray for conviction for those causing harm. Lord, change their hearts, bring them to repentance, and if they do not, we pray that You would stop their actions. We trust that You will bring justice and mercy. We ask that You would not only protect this son, but also use this situation for Your glory and their good.
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11
We encourage you to continue praying and trusting in the Lord. He is faithful, and His love and protection never fail. Remember, it is important to involve local authorities or professionals trained to intervene in these situations as the Lord uses them to execute justice and maintain order in society.
Lastly, we remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. So, we put on the full armor of God, standing firm in the faith.
"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." Ephesians 6:12
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
