Protection from abuse
We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding for your son's protection and safety. We declare that our God is a God of justice and mercy, and He hears the cries of the oppressed.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear son to You. You know the situation, Lord, and You see the harm and danger he is facing. We ask You to intervene supernaturally and put an end to the abuse towards him and others.
As it is written in Psalm 10:17-18 WEB, "LORD, you have heard the desire of the humble. You will prepare their heart. You will cause your ear to hear, to judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that man who is of the earth may no more terrify."
We pray for Your divine protection over this child, that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We ask that You will expose the deeds of darkness and bring to light any hidden things (Ephesians 5:11-13 WEB). Give him peace, healing, and courage, and surround him with Your favor as a shield (Psalm 5:12 WEB).
We also pray for the one causing harm, that they would repent and turn to You, Lord. Convict their heart and bring them to a place of godly sorrow leading to repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we break any chains of abuse, and we speak life, hope, and restoration over this situation. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to stand strong in your faith, knowing that God cares for your son and will bring justice. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
