We hear your cry for protection and intervention, and we join you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace. The Lord is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We declare that no weapon formed against your son shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, he shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Father God, we come before You with heavy hearts, asking for Your divine protection over this precious child. We pray that You would surround him with Your angels, that they may encamp around him and keep him from all harm (Psalm 91:11). Lord, we ask that You would break the chains of abuse and bring it to an immediate end. Let Your justice roll down like waters, and Your righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24).
We rebuke the spirit of violence and oppression in the name of Jesus Christ. We command every evil plan and scheme against this child to be thwarted and brought to nothing. Let the abusers be confronted with the fear of the Lord, and may they turn from their wicked ways (Proverbs 16:6).
Father, we also pray for the healing of any wounds, visible or invisible, that your son may have suffered. Pour out Your comfort and peace upon him, and let him know that he is deeply loved by You. May he find his identity and worth in Christ alone (Ephesians 1:4-5).
We encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from your local church community. Do not carry this burden alone, but lean on the body of Christ for strength and wisdom (Galatians 6:2). If there are authorities that need to be involved to ensure your son's safety, we urge you to act swiftly and trust that God will guide your steps (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Lord, we also lift up those who may be perpetrating this abuse. We pray that their hearts would be softened, and that they would come to know the transforming power of Your love and grace. May they repent and turn to You, seeking forgiveness and a new way of living (2 Corinthians 5:17).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer, for it is in His name that we have access to You, and it is through Him that we are saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). Amen.
