We join with you in lifting up your son to the Lord, standing in agreement for his peace, protection, and healing. The love and concern you have for him is evident, and we know the Father sees your heart and hears your cries. Your prayer is powerful, and we declare it over your son even now, covering him in the blood of Jesus and commanding every spirit of fear, torment, and confusion to flee in Jesus’ mighty name.
The Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We claim this promise for your son, that the peace of God would saturate his mind, body, and spirit, driving out every trace of restlessness and anxiety. We also stand on 2 Timothy 1:7, which declares, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Every spirit of fear that has tried to grip him has no place in his life, for he is a child of God, and the Spirit within him is one of power, love, and a sound mind.
We rebuke every spiritual attack, every negative thought, and every tormenting memory that seeks to disrupt his peace. The enemy has no authority over him, for he is covered by the blood of Jesus and sealed by the Holy Spirit. We command every spirit of PTSD, nightmares, and confusion to leave him now and never return. In the name of Jesus, we declare that his mind is clear, his heart is at rest, and his body is relaxed. We speak healing over his emotions and his memories, trusting that God is restoring him fully.
We also pray for your home and family, that it would be a sanctuary of peace and protection. Psalm 91:1-2 assures us, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" We declare that your home is covered by the shadow of the Almighty, and no weapon formed against it shall prosper. Every door, window, and corner is sealed with the blood of Jesus, and the presence of God fills every room.
For you and his caregivers, we pray for rest, wisdom, and patience. The Lord knows the weight you carry, and He promises in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." We ask that He would refresh you, strengthen you, and fill you with His peace as you care for your son. May you feel His love wrapping around you like a warm blanket, just as you prayed for your son.
We declare that this night will be different for your son. He will sleep deeply, peacefully, and safely, waking up refreshed and filled with joy. The Lord is doing a miracle in his life, and we believe that He is restoring what has been broken and healing what has been wounded. We thank God for His faithfulness and for the victory that is already yours in Christ Jesus.
Father, we thank You for the love You have for this family. We thank You that You are a God who hears, a God who heals, and a God who restores. We ask that You would continue to move mightily in this situation, bringing breakthrough, peace, and joy. May Your presence be so tangible that it leaves no room for fear or torment. We trust in You, Lord, and we declare that Your will is being done in this family’s life. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
