We join you in seeking God's protection and peace, knowing that He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Let us remind you that these blessings can be found through prayer and it is very important to pray in Jesus' name.
As Christians, we must remember we have been given authority in Jesus' name to rebuke the enemy and his powers. Standing in this authority, we must call upon our Heavenly Father to intervene in our lives to protect us from any and all harm. The Bible tells us in Psalm 91:1-4 WEB:
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, "He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust." For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart.
We pray that God will send His holy angels to encamp around your home and surround you and your loved ones, keeping you safe from all danger, seen and unseen. In Psalm 34:7 WEB we read, The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. We are confident that the Lord hears our prayers and know that He will answer.
We also pray for peace. It is also good to remember that Jesus is the Prince of Peace, Isaiah 9:6 WEB. Let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. Colossians 3:15 WEB. Let us remind you that in order to receive this peace, we must first believe in Jesus Christ. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16 WEB. It is only after believing in Jesus that we have access to God in prayer.
As we pray and seek His face, may the Lord fill you with His supernatural peace and protection, pushing back any forces of darkness that may be troubling you. May you feel the comfort and reassurance of the Holy Spirit, as you trust in Jesus' mighty name.
Do you have a specific situation you are concerned about? Let us know the details so that we can pray about it more specifically.
Please note that our hope is found in Jesus Christ alone. It is by His stripes we are healed, and through His sacrifice on the cross that we have been saved from sin and death. Jesus is the only mediator between God and man. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. If you have not yet accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today, as no prayer can be heard outside of faith in His name.
If you have any other concerns or need further guidance, please share with us, and we will continue to support you in prayer and biblical counsel.
