Servant of All
I come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. I acknowledge that You are the Lord, the ultimate healer, and my fortress in times of trouble. Lord, for the past two years, my family and I have been walking through a season of deep pain, continuous hurdles, and severe medical challenges. You know the hidden burdens we carry and the fear that ungodly powers or spiritual forces are working to bring harm or revenge against us, breaking us physically, mentally & financially. Your Word tells us that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of darkness. I ask You to step in on our behalf.

We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has already overcome the world and all the spiritual forces of darkness. Your acknowledgment of Him as your healer and fortress is a powerful declaration, and we join you in lifting up your family before the throne of grace.

The trials you’ve endured, physical suffering, emotional strain, and financial hardship, are not unseen by our Heavenly Father. He knows every hidden burden, every sleepless night, and every moment of fear. We take comfort in the truth that our battle is indeed not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). But we do not fight alone. The Lord is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). He has given us the armor of God to stand firm against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11), and we wield the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, with authority in Jesus’ name.

We rebuke every ungodly power and spiritual force that seeks to bring harm, revenge, or destruction to your family. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Him (Isaiah 54:17). We command every spirit of infirmity, poverty, fear, and oppression to flee in the name of Jesus Christ. You have no authority here, for the blood of Jesus has already defeated you.

Father God, we ask You to surround this family with Your hedge of protection. Place Your angels around them to guard them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Heal their bodies, minds, and spirits according to Your perfect will. Restore what has been broken, renew their strength, and provide for every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Break every chain of generational curses or assignments of the enemy, for Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (Galatians 3:13). We declare that this family is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper.

Lord, we also ask that You fill their hearts with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). In the midst of this storm, remind them that You are their anchor, their shelter, and their deliverer. Strengthen their faith to trust in You even when the path is unclear. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Let them experience Your presence in tangible ways, through Your Word, through the love of the body of Christ, and through the still, small voice that whispers, “I am with you always.”

We pray for divine intervention in their medical challenges. You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too hard for You. We ask for wisdom for the doctors treating them, for breakthroughs in their health, and for complete restoration. Your Word says that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on that promise today. We also pray for financial provision. Open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings that they will not have room enough to receive (Malachi 3:10). Provide opportunities, doors of favor, and the resources they need to overcome this season.

Father, we thank You that You are working all things together for their good, because they love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Even in this trial, we trust that You are shaping their character, deepening their faith, and preparing them for the testimony You have in store. Let this family arise as a beacon of Your glory, a testimony to Your faithfulness, and a source of hope for others who are walking through similar valleys.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we declare victory over this family. We speak life, healing, protection, and provision over them. We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for moving on their behalf. May they walk in the fullness of Your promises and experience the joy of Your salvation. Amen.

Hold fast to the promises of God, dear ones. The enemy may roar like a lion, but he is already a defeated foe. Stand firm in your faith, put on the full armor of God daily, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith. You are not forgotten, and this season of trial will not last forever. The Lord is your light and your salvation, whom shall you fear? The Lord is the strength of your life, of whom shall you be afraid? (Psalm 27:1). Walk in the confidence that He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:6).

We’ve been sitting with your words this morning, and we want you to know we hear the weight you’ve been carrying. Two years of relentless medical challenges and that deep, draining fear that something, or someone, is actively working against your family is an exhausting road to walk. When hardship stretches on and on, it’s not weakness to feel worn thin; it’s simply human.

What strikes us is that in the middle of all this, you’re still turning toward the Lord, still naming Him as your fortress. That’s not small. Sometimes the most courageous thing we can do is keep showing up, keep bringing the tangled mess of fear and pain and exhaustion right to His feet, even when nothing seems to change.

One thought that might help steady you: when the burdens feel scattered across every area of life, health, finances, the hidden spiritual weight, it can be grounding to pick one concrete thing to anchor your prayers around this week. Not because the others don’t matter, but because our minds and hearts can only hold so much at once. Perhaps the most pressing medical situation. Perhaps your own sleep or rest, since caregivers often run on empty. Bring that one thing before the Lord each day, simply and repeatedly, trusting that He sees the whole picture even when you can only focus on a piece.

We also want to gently encourage you to keep good medical counsel in the picture wherever symptoms are ongoing or worsening. Prayer and wise medical care are not rivals; they’re both part of how God often sustains us. You don’t have to navigate this alone practically any more than you do spiritually.

Let us pray with you now:

Lord Jesus, You see this family and the long, hard season they’ve been walking. You know the fears that wake them at night and the weariness that follows them through the day. We ask You to be their refuge, not just in words but in felt reality. Please give them wisdom for each medical decision, stamina for each new hurdle, and small, tangible reminders of Your nearness this week. Guard their hearts from despair, and quiet the voices of fear with Your steady peace. We trust them into Your hands. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The two years of deep waters through which you have passed are not hidden from the God who sees all and forgets none of His children. You confess that your battle is not against flesh and blood, and this is a clear token that the eyes of your understanding have been opened. In this very recognition, there is already a measure of deliverance, for the soul that knows its true enemy has already fled to the true fortress. Remember that the time of the lamb’s slaying is the time of emancipation; the enemy’s power collapses precisely at the point when it seems most secure. Do not, therefore, believe the arrow which whispers that God’s ear is shut, for that lie is one of the oldest and most venomous shafts shot from the pit. The Eternal is not a passive spectator of your sorrows; He is the "I AM" who notes the moment of the deliverance’s birth in the eternal purpose, and the clock of mercy will strike the very hour He has decreed.

Concerning the healing you seek for body, mind, and estate, fix your gaze steadily on the great truth that the ransom has already been found. The message is not that a remedy might be devised, but that it is already accomplished. "I have found a ransom." This is the voice of the Father concerning the Son, and because the substitute has borne the penalty, the healing is bound up inseparably with the pardon. Do not look upon the leaves of the Tree of Life as too small or too simple; for the very least thing about Christ possesses a sovereign virtue to heal. The sweet assurances, the whispered promises, the quiet moments at the family altar bringing each trouble before Him, these are the leaves that change the lifeblood and make the spirit whole. It was when Jesus was teaching that the power to heal was conspicuously present, so saturate your household with His Word and the teaching of His truth.

As for the fear of ungodly powers seeking revenge, know that the overthrow of our spiritual enemies is far more glorious than the triumph of Barak over Sisera. Your deliverance will not be shared with any other arm. It is written, "HE brought them forth." He will bring you forth, not limping and despoiled, but enriched with silver and gold, those precious tokens of His faithfulness which you shall declare to others. This present chastening is not unto death. The Lord has not lighted this fire to consume you, but to purge the dross and bring you forth as a living witness. The purpose of this season’s sore tribulation is to supply your mouth with a song that the unafflicted can never truly learn. You shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. Therefore, cease from the fretful survey of the hurdles and the medical reports; consider Him who has already swallowed up death and disease in His own body on the tree. The great Physician is not merely pointing out the disease with a lancet; He is applying the balm from Calvary. Lay the full weight of your present fear upon the wounds of Jesus, and obtain there both your forgiveness and your healing, for they are one gift from a single pardoning hand.

You speak of ungodly powers and spiritual forces seeking revenge, as though the battle were outside you alone. Yet the apostle says our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual wickedness. Still, do not so quickly imagine that every affliction is sent by demons, lest you fall into the error of those who see a demoniac in every rags and groan. Many are poor from sickness, from shipwreck, from lawsuits, from dangers no human eye can trace. Shall we then point at heaven and cry, "Impostor!"? No, rather examine your own heart. For the man who indulges hidden sins while crying out against sorcery is like one who makes his own mouth a sewer and then complains of the stench. A self-chosen madness is more to be dreaded than any external foe.

You and your family have endured deep pain and medical hurdles for two years. This is no small trial, and it is right to seek the Lord your fortress. But take heed: did not the apostle say that continual afflictions can make the soul dull of hearing? That very dullness creeps in when the weight of sorrow presses long. You say you fear being broken physically, mentally, and financially. Yet I ask, are you still listening? Do you still come to the assembly with that same eager desire, or has the long night of trouble made your ears heavy? For just as idleness breeds idleness, so too from attentive hearing is generated a ready mind. You groan that you hear and do not; but that very groan is not useless. The man who passes by the ointment-maker's shop is impregnated with the perfume even against his will. So it is with the one who tarries in God's house. Though you feel insensible after ten discourses, yet the eleventh may strike you down like a tree that falls at last from many blows unseen at the root. Do not despair. The fullness of time, when all seemed perishing, God sent His Son. When you were on the very point of ruin, then He rescued. Will He not also heal these present wounds?

And what of the hidden burdens you carry? Search the Scriptures exactly, not carelessly. There you will learn right doctrine and a perfect life. If you find envy or strife or division within, know that such things make men carnal, and carnal men cannot receive the strong meat of spiritual protection. If love be absent, faith and knowledge and even a martyr's death profit nothing. Therefore, let your prayer for healing be matched by a life adorned with love. Give alms even now, though your own purse be thin. For how many call a poor man impostor for the sake of a single loaf? But I say, give something, and accuse no one. That small act of mercy, done in faith, has power to dispel the gloom and shame the spirits of darkness far more than a hundred frantic cries about enchantment. And when you stand to hear the Word, recall the reverence we show even before opening the Bible, washing our hands and covering our heads, for that outward behavior proclaims inward fear. Let that fear drive out every dread of ungodly powers, for what can they do if Christ is your light? Suffering may remain, but the soul that clings to Him will not be broken beyond repair. He who endured the cross for your sake will not abandon you now. Go, then, and continue steadfastly in prayer, in hearing, in works of mercy, and the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly.
