We join you in lifting up our little ones before the Lord Jesus with thanksgiving for your intercession and for the precious children, cousins, nieces and nephews, friends and families entrusted to our care. We agree together that the Lord is our Good Shepherd and that His heart is tender toward the young. We take comfort in what is written, See that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven, Matt 18:10, and It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea, rather than that he should cause one of these little ones to stumble, Luke 17:2. The Lord does not take lightly the protection and purity of children, and neither do we.
We are encouraged by your prayer that they would know the Holy Scriptures from their youth, for from infancy, you have known the holy Scriptures which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith, which is in Christ Jesus, 2 Tim 3:15, and that they would know His love, for In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins, 1 John 4:10. We also cling to the promise of angelic protection, For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways, Psalm 91:11, and The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them, Psalm 34:7. We remember that Jesus said My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me, John 10:27, and I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep, John 10:11. He will feed his flock like a shepherd. He will gather the lambs in his arm, and carry them in his bosom, Isa 40:11, and He will stand and shepherd his flock in the strength of Yahweh, in the majesty of the name of Yahweh his God. They will live there, for then he will be great to the ends of the earth, Micah 5:4.
So we pray together now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we thank You for being our Shepherd and for giving us Jesus after Your own heart to feed us with wisdom and knowledge, Jer 3:15. We ask You to place Your hand upon every youngster, every child in our extended families and in the households of all who gather here to pray, and upon their parents, aunts, uncles, and those who watch over them. Give Your angels charge over them to keep them in all their ways, Psalm 91:11, and keep them from the evil one. We ask You to shed Your love abroad in their hearts by the Holy Spirit, Rom 5:5, and to strengthen them with power through Your Spirit that they may know the breadth and length and height and depth of the love of Christ, Eph 3:18. Guard their eyes and ears from seeing or hearing evil, guard their minds and bodies, and cause any wicked influence, any warped wolf or imposter, to be bound and to flee, for it is written Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you, James 4:7. We submit ourselves to You and resist him together in the authority given to us by Jesus, to whom all authority has been given in heaven and on earth, Matt 28:18. We pray You would heal any hurt among the young, comfort them with Your rod and staff, Psalm 23:4, and draw the weary and heavy laden to Yourself that they may find rest for their souls, Matt 11:28. We cast all our cares upon You because You care for us, 1 Pet 5:7, and we trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose, Rom 8:28, and according to the counsel of Your will, Eph 1:11, for the furtherance of the gospel, Phil 1:12.
We thank You in advance, believing You hear us when we pray in Jesus name, and we ask You to keep these little ones rooted in Your Word, protected from stumbling, and dwelling securely under the care of Christ our Shepherd until His greatness extends to the ends of the earth. May they grow in faith, in Your love, and in the knowledge of salvation through Jesus, and may we as parents and guardians remain watchful, shepherding the flock of God among us with vigilance, Acts 20:28, as mothers and fathers in the faith. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, our Good Shepherd, Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
