"He will stand and shepherd His flock in the strength of the LORD, in the majestic Name of the LORD His God. And they will dwell securely, for then His greatness will extend to the ends of the earth," Micah 5:4, c.f., Dan 2:35, Micah 4:1, Gen 22:18-22, Matt 28:18-20, Mark 16:15-17, Acts 1:8... We cast ALL our cares on You, Jesus, since You care about us," Your Sheep, Jn 10:27...

Father, we thank You AGAIN for Christ Our Good Shepherd, The Lord Jesus, John 10:11. We ask PROTECTION for them, thank You for these precious youngsters, that You care for us, even ALL OUR CHILDREN and EXTENDED FAMILY with Comforting them with His Rod and His Staff, keeping them from fear, Ps 23:1-6, Isa 40:11, Ezek 34:15, Rev 7:17. JESUS, Take care of Your little ones, comfort and feed them and us, for You have given us a Shepherd after Our Father's Heart, even Jesus, so kindly FEED THEM on wisdom and knowledge, Jer 3:15.

Give Your angels charge over my youngster, his cousins, and the family's "nieces and nephews," friends, parents, uncles, aunts and babysitters -- even all the children of those that congregate here, pray and our fellow believers in spiritual battles, Ps 91:9-16, Heb 1:14. Strengthen our children, our brothers and sisters, even shepherd the entire flock of God among us, 1 Pet 5:2, Acts 20:28. Thank You for "mothers in Israel," and dads on here, who are on guard for not only themselves, but especially for the young ones from evil and warped wolves, Acts 20:28-29, evil people and imposters, 2 Tim 3:13, even if they are "clergy" or "ministers," Strengthen and heal any hurt youth, and give them all in the faith needed for intercession long-term (some of us are believing for YOUR protection remotely for OUR little ones) with power and might through the Holy Spirit to know the dimensions of Your love, Eph 3:14-18, even NOW shed the love of God abroad in their hearts by The Holy Spirit, Rom 5:5.

Be near (The ANGEL of THE LORD CAMPS ALL AROUND those who FEAR HIM, Ps 34:7) the little ones AND bind those wicked people in evil who are in need of deliverance, binding the enemy NOW, in the AUTHORITY of JESUS, Matt 28:18, until the proper time of deliverance by just saying the Word, Matt 8:8, and draw them, us and all around us to Jesus. Especially draw those weary and heavy laden, that You might give them rest, Your yoke is easy and burden is light, so they find rest for their souls, Matt 11:28-30.

Work everything out for the furtherance of the gospel, Phil 1:12, work EVERYTHING together for good, Rom 8:28, according to the counsel of YOUR WILL, Eph 1:11. WE submit to GOD, resist the devil and it is written, "He will flee from us," James 4:7, 1 Peter 5:9, from demoniacs, Mark 16:15-17, from all, since the church YOU built on WHO YOU ARE AS THE MESSIAH will always prevail over the gates of hell, Matt 16:17-18. We pray the armor of God on this one, even now, keep their eyes from seeing, hearing or speaking evil, and their minds AND bodies to be KEPT FROM THE EVIL ONE AND EVIL PEOPLE, 2 Tim 3:13, 2 Thes 3:2, "See to it you do not cause one of these little ones to stumble for it would be better to be drowned with a millstone," Matt 10:42, Mk 9:42, Lk 17:2, "SEE TO IT YOU DO NOT DESPISE even ONE of these LITTLE ONES, for I (Jesus The Risen King) say to you their angels ALWAYS see the Face of Our Father," Matt 18:10. We join with you in lifting up our little ones before the throne of grace and we say amen to your heartfelt intercession for the children, the extended family, and all those precious youngsters entrusted to our care.

We agree that our Lord Jesus has a special love and fierce protection for children. As you have reminded us, it is written, See that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven, Matthew 18:10, and, It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea, rather than that he should cause one of these little ones to stumble, Luke 17:2. We take comfort that He who is our Good Shepherd lays down His life for the sheep, John 10:11, and that His sheep hear His voice, John 10:27, and He will stand and shepherd His flock in the strength of Yahweh, in the majesty of the name of Yahweh His God and they will live there, for then He will be great to the ends of the earth, Micah 5:4.

We rejoice with you that you are praying for these children to know the Holy Scriptures from their youth, for it is written, From infancy, you have known the holy Scriptures which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith, which is in Christ Jesus, 2 Timothy 3:15. This is our hope and our duty as parents and as the family of God to train up our children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, that they may know His love, for herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins, 1 John 4:10, and that the love of God has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us, Romans 5:5.

We stand with you in praying for angelic protection, for He will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways, Psalm 91:11, and The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them, Psalm 34:7, and Are they not all serving spirits, sent out to do service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation, Hebrews 1:14. We also cling to the promise that Yahweh will keep His own, We know that whoever is born of God does not sin, but he who was born of God keeps himself, and the evil one does not touch him, 1 John 5:18.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, in the mighty and majestic name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we thank You for Your Son, our Good Shepherd, who carries the lambs in His bosom and gently leads those who have young, Isaiah 40:11. We thank You for every child, every niece and nephew, every cousin, every friend and family member represented in this prayer, and for all the children among the fellowship of believers. We ask You to place Your hand of protection upon them and to give Your angels charge over them to keep them in all their ways, Psalm 91:11. Shepherd them with Your rod and Your staff, comfort them and keep them from fear, for You are our Shepherd and we shall lack nothing, Psalm 23:1. Feed them with wisdom and knowledge through faithful shepherds after Your own heart, Jeremiah 3:15, and strengthen them with might through Your Spirit in the inner person that they may know the breadth and length and height and depth of the love of Christ, Ephesians 3:18.

Lord, we ask You to guard their eyes and ears and minds and bodies from evil and from evil people, for we know that evil men and impostors will wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived, 2 Timothy 3:13, and we pray that we may be delivered from unreasonable and evil men, 2 Thessalonians 3:2. Put the full armor of God upon each child and upon us who intercede for them, that we may stand against the schemes of the devil, Ephesians 6:11. We submit ourselves to You, we resist the devil in the authority given to us by Jesus, to whom all authority has been given in heaven and on earth, Matthew 28:18, and we trust Your promise that he will flee from us, James 4:7. We ask that You would heal any hurt among the young ones and draw all who are weary and burdened to Jesus that they may find rest for their souls, Matthew 11:28.

We cast all our cares upon You, because You care for us, 1 Peter 5:7, trusting that You work all things together for good for those who love You and that You work all things after the counsel of Your will, Ephesians 1:11, for the furtherance of the gospel, Philippians 1:12. Build Your church and let it prevail against the gates of hell, Matthew 16:18, and let these little ones dwell securely in Your care all the days of their lives. We thank You in advance, believing that whatever we ask in prayer, believing, we will receive, Mark 11:24. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, the only name by which we have access to the Father and by which we are saved, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12, we pray. We were so moved by your heart for these little ones, your youngster, his cousins, nieces and nephews, and all the children and families gathered around you. Your love for them and your desire for them to be kept safe and to grow up knowing the Lord's love comes through so clearly. Thank you for letting us stand with you in this.

Carrying children in prayer when you cannot always be physically near them is a faithful and loving work. It matters, and we share your thankfulness for the Good Shepherd who cares for His flock and for each child by name. We also hear how much you want them surrounded by steady, trustworthy care in everyday life.

One simple rhythm that helps many who intercede at a distance is to keep a gentle, regular touchpoint with the parents, babysitters, and extended family you mentioned. A brief check in, a word of encouragement, letting them know you are praying, helps keep that circle of care strong. Worship together whenever you can also gives children that sense of belonging to a larger family of faith where they are seen and valued.

We are continuing to pray with you for these children and for all who care for them.

Father, we lift these little ones and their families to You. Keep them in Your tender care, give them peace and joy as they grow, and draw each heart closer to Jesus. Strengthen and encourage their parents and caregivers with wisdom for each day. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your burden for the little ones is one which the Lord Himself shares, for He is the Good Shepherd who gathers the lambs with His arm and carries them in His bosom. We join you in casting this care upon Him, for He careth for you and for your children, and we are commanded to cast our burden upon the Lord who will sustain us.

It is right to pray for angelic protection, for are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation, and does not the Scripture say that their angels do always behold the face of the Father which is in heaven. Yet our chief confidence is not in angels but in the Shepherd Himself, in the strength of the Lord and in the majesty of His Name. He will stand and shepherd His flock, and they shall dwell securely.

We pray with you that these children may know the Holy Scriptures from their youth, for there is the wisdom which maketh wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. God does not sanctify children into men, but He sanctifies children in their own childlike way, and He delights in the hosannas of the young. What a mercy when the Word of God enters the heart early, and the love of God is shed abroad there by the Holy Ghost.

You have done well to ask for the rod and the staff to comfort and keep them from fear, and to ask that they may be kept from the evil one and from evil people. The heart of man is by nature a den of evil, and out of it proceed evil thoughts and all manner of sin. We cannot keep the children by our own watchfulness alone, for wolves lie in wait, and even impostors may appear as ministers. Our whole nature is tainted and poisoned by evil, how then can we stand before the Lord except we be sprinkled with blood. Here is our remedy and theirs, that the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin. That blood is the double cure which cleanses from guilt and power, and through it the veil is rent and the little ones may draw near.

Therefore we pray that the Lord would preserve these children from evil, and preserve them in good. To return evil for evil is natural to the fallen nature, but to overcome evil with good is Godlike. May the Lord keep you and all who have care of these little ones from harshness of speech or thought when provoked, and make you children of the God of love, that love may be your life. May He teach you to overcome the evil around you not by striving in the flesh, but by blessing, by patience, by prayer, and by the power of the Holy Spirit to know the breadth and length and depth and height of the love of Christ.

We ask the Lord to lay His hand upon every child named before Him, upon cousins and nieces and nephews, upon friends and parents and those who watch over them, and upon all the children of the congregation. Give them, O Lord, shepherds after Thine own heart to feed them with knowledge and understanding. Keep their eyes from seeing evil and their ears from hearing it, and guard their minds and bodies. Heal any who have been hurt, strengthen any who are weary, and draw the heavy laden to Jesus that they may find rest for their souls, for His yoke is easy and His burden is light.

We submit ourselves to God, we resist the devil in the authority of Jesus, and we trust the promise that the gates of hell shall not prevail against the church which Christ has built upon Himself. We put on the whole armour of God and we rest in this, that He who has taught our hands to war will also keep our feet from falling, and He who is our Father pitieth His children as a father pitieth his own offspring.

May the Lord hear this prayer, not because of our worthiness, but for the sake of Him who said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not. May He work all things together for good according to the counsel of His will, and for the furtherance of the gospel, until these little ones stand with us to be for signs and wonders in Israel from the Lord of hosts.
