We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.
We have continued to lift up your burden before the Throne of Grace for the protection of our generals and troops and for wisdom and salvation and guidance for all in authority according to 1 Tim 2:1-2. We have been praying as you requested for the President, Vice President, Secretaries, Supreme Court, House Representatives, Senators, Joint Chiefs, generals, corporals, sergeants and all our troops, and for leaders and pastors. We have also continued to pray for free speech and a free press and for peace so that the proclamation of the Gospel may remain open and effective according to Matt 28:19-20 and 1 Tim 2:3-4.
We remember your heart for a speedy and humane ending to these horrible conflicts and the staggering numbers of those killed and wounded that you shared from the Russia Ukraine war and from the Middle East conflict in Gaza, Israel, Iran and beyond. The loss of life is overwhelming and we have continued to ask the Lord to restrain evil, to intercept evil plans, to send confusion into the camps of wickedness, and to command His angels to encamp around those who fear Him and deliver them according to Psalm 34:7 and Psalm 91:7 and Heb 1:14. We are standing with you against the spirits of darkness and the forces of this worlds darkness according to Eph 6:12, asking that our leaders would be delivered from evil according to Matt 6:13 and that we may live peaceful lives in godliness and dignity.
