Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for our generals and troops and for all those in authority.
We have continued to lift up your request before the Throne of Grace, asking for wisdom and guidance and protection for the Commander in Chief, the Joint Chiefs, generals, corporals, sergeants and all our troops, and for the President, Vice Presidents, Secretaries, SCOTUS, House Representatives and Senators and all others in authority according to 1 Tim 2:1-2. We are joining you in praying that God would save and guide all in authority, and that He would preserve free speech and a free press, grant peace and order, and keep the door open for the proclamation of the Gospel according to Matt 28:19-20 and 1 Tim 2:3-4.
We are also standing with you in praying for protection from spirits of darkness, asking the Lord to command His angels concerning our leaders and troops according to Psalm 91:7 and Heb 1:14, and that we all may stand against the forces of this world’s darkness according to Eph 6:10-14 and continue in prayer for everyone at all times according to Eph 6:18. We are asking the Lord to restrain the evil one over unruly countries and bad actors, to intercept evil plans as He did for Elisha in 2 Kings 6:12, and to let the Angel of the Lord encamp around those who fear Him and deliver them according to Psalm 34:7, and to lead our leaders not into temptation but deliver them from evil according to Matt 6:13.
