Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ### to disconnect me from the CORE, Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up the burdens of your workplace and the challenges you face with hidden intentions and unclear motives. It is clear that you are seeking God’s wisdom and protection, and we join with you in prayer, standing on the truth of Scripture.

First, we want to acknowledge your trust in the Lord, even when circumstances feel heavy. Your prayer reflects a heart that desires integrity, fairness, and peace—qualities that align with God’s will. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* You are doing exactly that, and we believe God honors this posture of surrender.

We also recognize the importance of discernment in your situation. The workplace can often be a place where deception and hidden agendas thrive, but God’s Word assures us in 1 Corinthians 14:33 that *"God is not a God of confusion, but of peace."* We pray that the Lord would expose any deception or unfairness in your workplace, just as He promises in Luke 8:17, *"For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light."* May the truth rise to the surface, and may your department head’s eyes be opened to see clearly, not through human influence, but through the light of Christ.

It is concerning that you mention individuals who may be working against you, seeking to disconnect you from what matters most. We rebuke any spirit of division or deceit in Jesus’ name. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we pray that any ungodly schemes would be brought to nothing. May those who are operating in darkness be exposed, and may their plans be frustrated by the power of God.

We also want to encourage you to guard your heart, as you have asked. Proverbs 4:23 reminds us, *"Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life."* It is easy to grow resentful or fearful when we feel targeted or misunderstood, but we are called to respond with humility and grace. Jesus Himself faced unjust treatment, yet He entrusted Himself to the Father (1 Peter 2:23). We pray that you would follow His example, responding with patience and wisdom, knowing that God sees all and will defend you.

For your relationship with your department head, we pray for restoration and mutual respect. Colossians 3:23-24 tells us, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* May your work be a testimony to your faith, and may your department head see the integrity and excellence with which you serve. If there has been a breakdown in trust, we pray that God would soften hearts and open doors for honest communication.

We must also address the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. Your prayer closes with *"In Jesus’ name, Amen,"* and this is not merely a formality—it is essential. Jesus Himself said in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* There is power in the name of Jesus, and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). We encourage you to always lift your prayers in His name, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

Now, let us join together in prayer for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts that seek Your justice, Your wisdom, and Your protection. We lift up this brother/sister in Christ who is facing challenges in the workplace. Lord, You see the hidden intentions, the whispers in the dark, and the schemes that seek to harm. We ask that You would expose the truth and bring light to every shadow. Let deception fall away, and let Your righteousness prevail.

Father, we pray for discernment for this dear one’s department head. Open her eyes to see the truth, not through human persuasion, but through Your divine revelation. If there are those who are working against Your child, we ask that You would frustrate their plans and turn their schemes into nothing. Protect this one from being unjustly overlooked or removed, and let Your favor rest upon them in their workplace.

Lord, we also pray for this one’s heart. Guard them from resentment, fear, or pride. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and help them to respond with humility and grace. May their work be a testimony to Your goodness, and may their relationship with their department head be restored in mutual respect and understanding.

We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and we trust that You will fight their battles. We surrender this situation into Your hands, knowing that You are faithful to establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this situation. Stand on His promises, and remember that He is your defender. If you feel led, consider fasting as you seek God’s guidance, for there is power in humbling ourselves before Him (2 Chronicles 7:14). Trust that He is working, even when you cannot see it, and that His plans for you are for good and not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2).

We're right there with you, dear friend, lifting up your workplace situation to our Heavenly Father. We've been reminded of the verse in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Let's claim that promise together, shall we?

We pray that God would grant your department head, ###, wisdom and discernment from above. We ask that He would open her eyes to see the truth clearly, not through influence or persuasion, but through the light of Christ. We trust that He will reveal any hidden intentions or deceptive practices, and that He will protect you from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

We also pray for your heart, dear one. We ask that God would guard you from resentment, pride, and fear. Fill you with His peace, and help you to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that He is your defender. We surrender this situation to Him, trusting that He will fight your battles and establish what is right in His perfect time.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
