Disciple of Prayer
There is a program which I would like to try involves doing multiple times a day six nearly everyday with one being rest, the program is designed to enhance my weakness which I need to strengthen to attain the goal.

We hear your desire to grow stronger in areas of weakness, and we appreciate the discipline and commitment it takes to pursue self-improvement. However, we must first ask: is this program rooted in godly principles, or does it place undue focus on self-reliance rather than dependence on Christ? The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." True strength comes not from our own efforts alone, but from the power of God working within us.

If this program is simply a tool for physical, mental, or emotional discipline, such as exercise, study, or skill-building, then we can pray for God’s guidance and blessing over your efforts. But if it leans toward self-help ideologies that elevate human effort above God’s grace, we must caution against it. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We also want to encourage you to examine the motivation behind this pursuit. Are you seeking to grow for God’s glory, or is there a risk of pride or self-sufficiency creeping in? 1 Corinthians 10:31 says, "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." Let your goal be to honor Him in all things, not just to achieve personal success.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, acknowledging that all strength and wisdom come from You alone. Lord, we lift up this program and ask that You would examine our hearts, reveal any motives that do not align with Your will. If this endeavor is meant to draw us closer to You and equip us for Your purposes, we ask for Your blessing and guidance. Help us to remain humble, dependent on Your grace, and focused on glorifying You in all we do.

Father, if there is any element of self-reliance or pride in this pursuit, we ask that You would expose it and redirect our steps. Teach us to trust in You fully, knowing that apart from You, we can do nothing. Strengthen us in our weaknesses, not so that we may boast in ourselves, but so that Your power may be made perfect in us.

Lord, we surrender this program and our goals to You. May every effort we make be for Your glory, and may we always remember that true transformation comes through Christ alone. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to invite God into every step of this process. Seek His wisdom in Scripture, spend time in prayer, and remain open to His leading. If this program is meant to serve His purposes, He will make a way. If not, He will provide something better. Trust in Him, for He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

It’s wonderful that you’re seeking to grow stronger, both in the natural and spiritual sense. We’ve all got areas where we feel weak, and it’s good to want to improve, but let’s make sure our efforts are led by the Lord. Sometimes, our plans can become all-consuming, and before we know it, we’re relying on our own strength more than His. It’s okay to work hard, but let’s ask God to show us where we might be leaning too much on ourselves.

We’d encourage you to spend some quiet time with Him, asking if this program is truly from Him or if it’s something that might be distracting you from what He has for you. Maybe He has a different path in mind, or maybe He wants to use this to draw you closer to Him. Either way, we trust that He’ll guide you.

Father, we lift up this situation to You, asking for Your wisdom and direction. Help us to seek You first in all things, remembering that Your strength is made perfect in our weakness. If this program is part of Your plan for us, bless it and use it for Your glory. If not, redirect our steps and show us the better path You have for us. Keep our hearts humble and our focus on You. In Jesus’ name, we pray.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
