problems at work

Hello,

I have worked for a bay area police department for 21 years. In that time I have received wonderful work performance evaluations. Yesterday my supervisor who has work here for a little over 4 months called me into her office and was very angry. She says that she is tired of my back stabbing, talking behind her back and lack of work. I don't know how she can believe that someone with my above average work performance in 21 years would suddenly got bad. My hurt and confused. I personally never get involved in listening to gosip or starting confusing or rumors. As I am in my late 40's and the mother of a (beautiful) 3 year old boy, I have made it my personal goal to stay away from confusion. I learned yesterday from other coworkers that another employee makes it her jobs to spread untruths about others for personal gain and I don't know why. They all said that this has happened to them as well. Please pray for her (Michelle) as I wish she no harm and I forgive her. Also please pray for me and that my new supervisor see's the truth.

Heavenly Father, I pray that the truth will be revealed to Stephanie's supervisor. I pray she will find forgiveness in her heart as well, and also that she will show an apologetic nature. I pray that facts will always have precedence over word-of-mouth & that gossip will no longer stand a chance in this police department. I pray that only truths are spoken & that Your truth will prevail above & beyond all. I pray that Stephanie will no longer be accused of or linked to anything she did not do. I pray that Michelle will be repentant for causing harm to others. I pray you will fill her with the holy spirit & let her actions be pleasing to you. Thank you for taking care of this situation, Lord, for we trust you always. Thank you for your mercy & forgiveness & love. Amen

Lord Jesus I pray for the spirit of gossip to be bound up and severed from this workplace, Father bring the truths to light, and let no injustice be done to the innocent. I pray that everything Stephanie does be a testiment of Your glory, in Jesus name I pray, amen.

Please be with this person as she works on these issuse. Allow her to see only you and know that your judgment is the only one that matters. I'd also like to pray for the lady who is causing her issues. I pray that she can talk with you and figure out the issues that cause her to hurt other people. I know you will work it out.
