Private Chat Bar Is Off Due To Server Resources

The private chat / notification bar is off for now.

It's taking up too much processing power, about 10x as much as the rest of the site.

Critical alerts are being generated several times a day now because of it.

That's not going to work.

Group chat and private messaging can still be used.

It is an option when you login. That will turn it on. To turn it off, sign out. Then sign back on without using the invisible option.
