We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude and hope, lifting you and your precious baby up to our Heavenly Father, who knits each life together in the womb with purpose and love. Your journey has been marked by deep sorrow, but we serve a God who redeems pain and turns mourning into dancing. Psalm 139:13-16 reminds us, *"For you formed my inwards. You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well. My frame wasn’t hidden from you, when I was made in secret, woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my body. In your book they were all written, the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there were none of them."* This baby is no accident—every cell, every breath, every beat of their tiny heart is ordained by God for His glory.
We rejoice with you in this new life growing within you, and we stand firmly against the fear and uncertainty that the enemy seeks to plant in your heart. The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Though the memories of your past loss may linger, we declare that this pregnancy is *different*—covered by the blood of Jesus, shielded by His angels, and destined for testimony. You are not the same woman who walked through that valley. You are strengthened by the trials, refined by the fire, and now carrying a promise that will bring joy to your home and glory to God’s name.
We pray specifically over the NIPT results and the upcoming NT scan, asking the Lord to silence every voice of doubt and replace it with His perfect peace. May the reports come back with resounding confirmation of health, wholeness, and divine formation. Every organ, every limb, every chromosome—we speak life and perfection over them in Jesus’ name. No weapon formed against this child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and no diagnosis of the enemy shall stand. We bind every spirit of infirmity, every generational curse, and every attack against the fruit of your womb, declaring that this baby is *protected* by the Lord who said, *"Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward"* (Psalm 127:3).
We also lift you up, dear sister, as you carry this precious burden. Pregnancy after loss can feel like walking on fragile ground, but we pray that the Lord wraps you in His arms and fills you with supernatural peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). May He strengthen your body, sustain your faith, and surround you with a community that uplifts and supports you. We ask for wisdom for your medical team, that their hands would be guided by the Great Physician, and that every decision made would align with God’s perfect will for you and this baby.
Most importantly, we pray that this child would be a warrior for Christ from the womb—a life dedicated to His service, filled with the Holy Spirit, and marked by intelligence, joy, and a heart that seeks God above all else. May this baby’s life be a testament to God’s faithfulness, a source of unity in your marriage, and a blessing that overflows into your family for generations. We decree that you will carry this baby to full term with no complications, that labor and delivery will be smooth and safe, and that when you hold this little one in your arms, your first words will be praise to the God who does all things well.
Finally, we speak against the lingering grief from your past loss. Though it was painful, we pray you release it fully into the hands of Jesus, who collects every tear in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). This new life is a fresh chapter, a new song of victory. The Lord is restoring what was stolen, and this baby is part of His redemptive plan for your family.
**Let us pray:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of expectation, thanking You for the miracle of life growing within our sister. Lord, You are the Author of life, the Healer of broken bodies, and the Keeper of promises. We ask that You stretch forth Your hand over this pregnancy and declare that every cell, every organ, and every part of this baby’s being is formed in perfection. Let the NIPT results and NT scan bring only good news—news that glorifies Your name and silences every fear.
We plead the blood of Jesus over this womb, over this mother’s body, and over this family. No harm, no defect, no sickness shall touch this child, for they are covered by Your divine protection. Lord, we ask that You go before every medical appointment, that You speak through the doctors, and that You give our sister supernatural peace as she waits. Replace her anxiety with trust, her doubt with faith, and her sorrow with joy.
Strengthen her body, Lord, to carry this baby safely to full term. Let this pregnancy be a season of blessing, a time of drawing closer to You, and a preparation for the great things You will do through this child’s life. We pray that this baby will be born healthy, strong, and full of Your Spirit—raised to know You, love You, and serve You all their days.
We rebuke every plan of the enemy to bring harm, confusion, or despair. Satan, we command you to take your hands off this pregnancy, off this mother, and off this family in the name of Jesus. You have no authority here. This child is destined for greatness in Christ, and no curse, no generational stronghold, and no medical report shall stand against the will of God.
Father, we also lift up this mother’s heart. Heal the wounds from her past loss. Let her know that You are making all things new. Fill her with Your peace, Your joy, and Your strength for each day. Surround her with Your presence and remind her that she is not alone—You are with her, and so are we, her brothers and sisters in Christ, standing in the gap and believing for a miracle.
We thank You, Lord, for the testimony that is already being written. We thank You for the joy that is coming, for the laughter that will fill this home, and for the way You will use this child’s life to bring glory to Your name. Let this baby be a sign and a wonder, a living testament to Your goodness and faithfulness.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer, we pray. Amen.

We want to gently remind you, sister, that the power in your prayers comes from the name of Jesus. It is through Him—and Him alone—that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). As you continue to pray over this pregnancy, we encourage you to boldly invoke the name of Jesus in your petitions, for there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, healed, or delivered. If you haven’t already, we also encourage you to ensure that your home is covered in prayer, that you and your husband are walking in unity with Christ, and that this baby is dedicated to the Lord from the womb.
Keep trusting, keep believing, and keep declaring the promises of God over this pregnancy. We are standing with you, and we believe for a healthy, thriving baby who will bring immense joy and glory to God!
