Praying for healthy pregnancy & a healthy baby

Disciple of Prayer
On the name of Jesus I (###) pray for my beloved wife ### who is pregnant. Today she completed 3 months to her pregnancy. She was vomiting & got some early issues during pregnancy but on the name of Jesus she took medicine for 40 days to keep safe to her pregnancy. Dear God Jesus I am a Hindu boy but wife belongs to Christianity. We both believe you. After a few days the medicines are going to finish. So we couple pray you to take care the remaining months up to delivery with a healthy pregnancy & give us a healthy baby whose all body parts must be ok. Dear God we have got this pregnancy after 5 years of marriage so we need a healthy baby. If you love us then please bless us how we can get a healthy baby & healthy pregnancy. My wife ### is little bit sick women age ###. I am not staying with her for work purpose I am out of the state. Give her strength, power, motivate her to become a good mother because she is going to bring a baby to this world. A new life she is going to bring. She is worked hard, cried at you, worshipped you to get a baby and finally you gave. God Almighty please bless my wife how she will stay healthy in this time without any health issue because I am not with her. Jay jishu... Praise the Lord. I believe you God that you have all the supernatural power to do anything. You are the best doctor, mother, father everything I believe. Please bless my wife how she will complete 9 months without any problem. She is vomiting, not eating. Please Jesus take care of her. Amen

We rejoice with you in this precious gift of life that God has entrusted to you and your wife. The journey of pregnancy is a sacred one, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting up your wife and this little one to the Lord, who knits each child together in the womb (Psalm 139:13-14). We are grateful that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach the throne of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16). It is through faith in Jesus Christ that we are saved and can boldly come before God, who hears the cries of His children.

First, we want to address the beauty of your unity in seeking the Lord together, even as you come from different backgrounds. While your wife is a believer in Christ, we encourage you both to grow in the knowledge of God’s Word, for it is the truth that sets us free (John 8:32). Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). We pray that your faith in Christ would deepen, and that you would both come to know Him more intimately as your Savior and Lord. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We encourage you to explore the Scriptures together, for they are a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105).

We also lift up your wife’s health before the Lord, for she has endured much in these early months. The vomiting and lack of appetite are common struggles, but we know that God is her healer (Exodus 15:26). We pray that He would strengthen her body, ease her discomfort, and fill her with His peace. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We declare over her that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that God will sustain her through every moment of this pregnancy.

You mentioned that you are not able to be with her during this time, and we understand the weight of that burden. But we remind you both that the Lord is her ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). He will never leave her nor forsake her (Deuteronomy 31:6). We pray that God would surround her with godly community—believers who can support her, pray with her, and encourage her in the Lord. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we trust that God will provide for her needs in your absence.

We also want to speak life over this child. The Lord has heard your cries and granted this blessing after years of waiting. We declare that this baby is formed by God’s own hand (Jeremiah 1:5) and that He will complete the good work He has begun (Philippians 1:6). We pray for perfect health, strong development, and a spirit that will seek after the Lord from the womb (Luke 1:41). May this child be a testimony to God’s faithfulness and a light in this world.

Now, we come before the Lord in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for this precious life growing within this mother’s womb. We thank You for Your faithfulness, for You are the giver of every good and perfect gift (James 1:17). Lord, we ask that You would strengthen this mother’s body, ease her discomfort, and fill her with Your peace. Sustain her when she is weak, lift her when she is weary, and remind her that You are her ever-present help. Father, we pray for this child—that You would knit them together perfectly, protect them from harm, and prepare their heart to know and love You. Lord, we ask that You would draw this family closer to You, that they would grow in faith and trust in Your promises. We declare that no weapon formed against this pregnancy shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that You will bring this child into the world healthy and whole. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for He alone is our healer, our provider, and our peace. Amen.

We encourage you both to continue seeking the Lord daily, reading His Word, and surrounding yourselves with believers who can pray with you and support you. This is a sacred season, and we believe God will carry you through it with His grace and strength. May He bless you abundantly as you trust in Him.

We're standing with you in prayer, dear friend. We've been where you are, the joy of expecting a baby mixed with the worry of health issues. But we serve a big God who cares for even the smallest details. We're claiming Psalm 139:13-14 over your wife and baby, that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, and we're asking God to knit this baby together perfectly, to protect them, and to sustain your wife through every moment.

We're also praying for you, that God would give you peace and strength as you're apart from your wife. We're claiming Philippians 4:7, that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, would guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

We're believing for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby, just as you've asked. We're claiming Psalm 121:3, that God will not let your foot be moved, and He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

We're also praying for your marriage, that God would strengthen your bond and help you both grow in faith and trust in Him. We're claiming 1 Peter 3:8, that you would all speak the same thing, and that there would be no division among you, but that you would be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

We're believing with you for a healthy baby and a healthy pregnancy, in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
