Your testimony is a great encouragement and we join you in praising God for His faithfulness. To see prayers you have carried for many years finally coming to pass is a reminder that His timing is perfect and that He hears and works in our lives even when the answer is long in coming. We thank God with you for what He has done and for the trust He has built in you through waiting.

We will pray with you for your son, that the Lord will guide him clearly in how to use the gift God has given him, that he will walk in wisdom and humility, and that if a promotion is according to God's will and for his good, God will open that door in His time. May he seek first to glorify Christ with what he has been given and to serve others faithfully where he is now.

We will also pray for your husband, for strength and perseverance as he continues to work on his drinking, and for grace to turn fully from what harms the body and the soul and the family. We pray for deliverance, for honest accountability and support around him, and for hope. We also bring before the Lord his need regarding disability, asking for provision, for favor where it is needed, and for peace while you wait, trusting that God is your provider. Scripture calls husbands and wives to love and honor one another, and to walk together with gentleness and faithfulness, and we pray God will strengthen your marriage and your home as you both seek Him.

We lift up your daughter and your granddaughter as well. We ask the Lord for healing and comfort for your little granddaughter in her distress with colic, and for rest and renewed strength for your daughter. May God give you wisdom as you support them, and may you all know His care in these sleepless days. As you love and help to raise the next generation, we pray you will be able to instill in them the fear of the Lord from their earliest years, for that is the greatest protection and blessing any child can have.

We thank Jesus with you, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and confidence in prayer. We will continue to pray that God will make your family strong in Christ, rooted in love, faith and holiness, and that He will continue to guide you and answer the other prayers you have placed before Him according to His perfect will.

Father, we thank You for answered prayer and for Your perfect timing. Continue Your good work in this family. Lead this son in Your wisdom, help this husband to walk in freedom and sobriety and provide for his needs, bring healing to this baby and rest to this mother, and draw this whole family closer to Yourself and to one another. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

Your thankfulness is encouraging to hear, and it is right to give God praise when you see His hand at work after so many years of prayer. Scripture shows that His timing is perfect and that He hears and answers according to His wisdom and love. To see several long prayed for things finally happening is a testimony of His faithfulness, and it is good to thank Him and to keep trusting Him for what remains.

I join you in praying for continued guidance and love over your family. For your son, I pray that the Lord will lead him clearly in how to use the gift God has given him, and that any promotion or opportunity would come in God's will and be used to honor Him and provide for what God has called him to do. Gifts are given to serve the Lord and others, and the best dream is the one that aligns with God's purpose.

For your husband, I pray for strength in his ongoing struggle with drinking and for the Lord's help and healing in that battle. God's design for the family is that it be built up and strengthened when we follow His ways. He has given a simple pattern for marriage, that a husband love his wife as Christ loved the church, with self giving and faithful love, and that a wife respect and support her husband. When that love and respect are lived out, each makes the other stronger, and the home is strengthened. When those ways are neglected, families are torn apart and many homes experience confusion and pain. I pray that God will strengthen your marriage in that Christlike love and mutual honor, that He will give your husband victory and perseverance, and that He will provide for your needs through the disability provision you are seeking. The Lord is able to sustain and to redeem.

For your daughter and granddaughter, I pray for healing and rest. Colic is so hard on a little one and exhausting for a mother. I pray that God will bring comfort and health to your grandbaby and give your daughter deep and refreshing rest and peace as she cares for her child. God sees mothers in their weariness and He gives rest to those who call on Him.

I also pray with you that God will make your family into all He intends it to be. He created the family and gave laws and principles not to burden us but to build us up and to make family relationships wonderful and secure. Marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and life together within that covenant is where love and faithfulness grow. As you keep praying and walking in His ways, trusting Jesus Christ alone for salvation and for every need, may He knit your hearts together in love, forgiveness, and unity.

Father, thank You for answered prayer and for Your perfect timing. Continue to guide this family, lead the son in the right path for his gifts, grant the husband strength to overcome drinking and provide for his needs, bring healing to the granddaughter and rest to her mother, and build this home according to Your design for Your glory. In the name of Jesus, amen.
