Praying..?

Sometimes I feel as if I'm not praying right and maybe God doesn't hear my prayers. Is there a proper way to pray???

Dear father in heaven . We come together and ask that you answer this dear persons prayer  request here  this day . Sometimes our prayers are difficult  to express because our spirit groans in desperate need for you. Our words and petitions  can seem trivial even trite. There are times when our needs are obvious and large. However we are also faced with times of  hopelessness and despair and yet we are not  sure what our problems really are , but  we know something is  intrinsically wrong.  Help us to remain steadfast and faithful to you  through prayer  no matter how inept our words are. Father we know you hear us . Help this dear child of yours to remain persistant in their prayer life , there is no right or wrong way to pray ,  just as long as we ARE praying and are in communication with you always . The   scriptures tell to pray continually without ceasing.   .So in all our ways, whatever we are doing, and wherever we may be,   we know we can  look upward to you on an ongoing basis with our daily cares and concerns. We thank you for this privilege

Are many ways to pray. You don't even have to say a word. You can just bow your head, and you can tell God that he already knows about your situation. You can also pray in tongues if you are endowed with that gift. You can just talk to God, not really do a formal prayer. On the other hand, are books with prayers in them for just about any intention you can think of. You can also ask others to pray for you. And let us not overlook the obvious, the Lord's prayer. I hope this helps. I am praying for you in the name of Jesus of Nazareth. Amen and amen.
