We join you in your heartfelt desire for a child and bring your request before our loving Father in heaven, but we must first mention that our prayers must be directed to God the Father only by the name of Jesus Christ. (Acts 4:12) Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (John 14:6) Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
We pray that God's will be done in your life and that He will also draw you closer to Jesus Christ during this time. As you wait on the Lord, we encourage you to remain steadfast in faith and trust in His perfect timing. Significantly, God has a unique plan for your life, and we pray that you will align with His will for you.
We must also ask a very important question. Are you married to your Christian spouse? It is clear that God causes men and women to marry to have children. (Genesis 2:24) Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. (Genesis 2:22) And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. (Genesis 1:28) And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. (1 Timothy 5:14) I will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, give none occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully. (1 Corinthians 7:9) But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this dear sister in Christ, asking for Your will to be done in her life. We pray that You will prepare her heart and body for the blessing of a child according to Your perfect timing. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
You know the depths of her heart and the sincerity of her request. Guide her, Father, and draw her closer to You through this journey. Help her to trust in Your loving plan for her life and to rest in Your faithfulness to answer. Remove any doubt or anxiety.
Should it be your will, help her to be a loving and godly mother as she prepares to receive this blessing. Let this blessing grow up to know, love, and serve you.
We rebuke any spirit that would hinder this blessing.
Father, we also pray for her husband if indeed she is married and the spiritual head of their family. We ask that you prepare this man to be the leader, guide, and provider that you have called him to be. Let him be a light and example to his family.
We pray that you will touch the hearts of everyone reading this to understand the importance of the biblical marriage as the foundation of children.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
While you wait, meditate on Psalm 113:9 WEB, "He makes the barren woman keep house, and be a joyful mother of children. Praise Yah!" Stand firm that no promise from God will return void. (Isaiah 55:11 WEB) "So shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth: it shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing I sent it to do."
We pray that you will be blessed with a beautiful and healthy baby in your future, but we also pray that you will be blessed in your walk with Jesus Christ. We pray that you will be blessed in your marriage and that your heart will be prepared to receive this blessing.
We pray that you will be blessed in your marriage and that your heart will be prepared to receive this blessing.
