praying to go d my home

On this Christmas evening I am writing this from a hotel. It has been a lonely holiday.  I have been here the past week and having no where else to go at this time will be staying a few more days at least in hopes something will arise to help me find my home, where I can finally be at peace, and feel the joy of knowing I am safe.  

I pray to God to help me home, to guide me now, with His gentle Grace, to a place of kindness and peace, of quiet and sanctuary.  I have prayed for a certain apartment to open up that is near a good friend and my favorite place to walk. I am so weary of traveling and being lost and at loose ends, and this apt would be short trip from where I am now. I want to come home and finally rest. It has been a very difficult few years.   Thank you.  Amen
