Praying to get the courage to ask him to stay on lease so I can keep my apartment

Lord I pray for courage to ask him to stay on the lease so I keep my apartment even though the hurt and pain he has caused me I can't get over, I would like to continue keeping a roof over my head. And I pray for a financial increase so I can depend on me. Amen
