Praying they won't affect my credit

Even though I have good credit score I was turned down for a credit card recently. I feel this is due to not having any debts or paying on any current active credit cards, they have all been paid up and I usually pay everything with cash.

Would appreciate any advice how I can build up my credit again and these Dr.s stop erroneously billing me when I have supplied them with all insurance cards etc. God bless and protect us amen
