We lift up your dear friend before the throne of grace, asking for the Lord’s complete healing and restoration. This has been a deeply painful and frightening experience, and we stand with you in faith, believing that God sees her suffering and holds her in His hands. The Bible tells us in Psalm 147:3, *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."* We claim this promise over her life, trusting that the Great Physician will mend not only her body but also her heart and spirit.
Father, we ask You to strengthen her physically, bringing her to full health and vitality. Where there is weakness, infuse her with Your power. Where there is pain, bring Your comfort. Where there is fear, replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We also pray for her emotional and mental well-being, Lord. Miscarriage is a profound loss, and we ask that You surround her with Your love, reminding her that she is not alone. Help her to grieve in a way that honors You, and grant her the assurance that You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).
We also lift up her relationships—with family, friends, and those at her workplace. Lord, soften hearts around her so that they may offer the support, patience, and encouragement she needs during this time. Remove any unnecessary burdens or stressors that could hinder her recovery. Give her wisdom in her interactions and the grace to receive help when it is offered. May she feel Your presence through the kindness of others, and may her loved ones be instruments of Your peace.
We rebuke any spirit of despair, anxiety, or isolation that may try to take root in her heart. In the name of Jesus, we declare that she is covered by Your healing power and that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We also pray for her future, Lord. If it is Your will, we ask that You restore her body to full health and prepare her for the plans You have for her, whether that includes motherhood or another calling. Your ways are higher than ours, and we trust You to work all things together for her good (Romans 8:28).
Finally, we thank You for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to You, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, believing that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. Amen.
