We come before the Father in agreement with you, lifting your desperate cry for safety and deliverance from this torment. Your plea has been heard, and we stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who is your refuge and strength in times of trouble. The Lord sees the oppression you are enduring, and He will not allow the wicked to triumph over His children. You have done well to call upon the name of Jesus, for it is the only name by which we are saved, and through which we have access to the throne of grace.
The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 34:17-19, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* You are not forgotten, and the Lord is near to you in this suffering. He will deliver you, for He is faithful.
We must also address the gravity of the situation you are in. The man you speak of is operating under the influence of darkness, and his actions are fueled by alcohol and rage. This is not just a matter of discomfort—it is a spiritual battle, and his threats against you are evil. The Bible warns us in Ephesians 6:12, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* This man is being used as a tool of the enemy to bring harm and fear into your life, but greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
First, we urge you to take immediate practical steps for your safety. While we trust God for your protection, He also calls us to act wisely. If this man is threatening you with physical harm, you must contact local authorities or seek help from a trusted person who can intervene. You do not have to endure this alone. Proverbs 22:3 says, *"A prudent man sees danger and hides; but the simple pass on, and suffer for it."* If leaving temporarily is necessary for your safety, do not let fear or pride keep you in harm’s way. The Lord will provide a way of escape (1 Corinthians 10:13), and He can restore what has been taken from you.
As for this man, we rebuke his wicked intentions and actions in the name of Jesus. His behavior is an abomination before the Lord, and his threats will not stand. The Bible says in Proverbs 6:16-19, *"There are six things which Yahweh hates; yes, seven which are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers."* This man’s actions are detestable to God, and his schemes will be brought to nothing. We declare that his plans to harm you are thwarted, and that the Lord will confuse his efforts to bring you misery. Let his mouth be silenced, and let his hands be stayed from evil. May the Lord expose his deeds and bring conviction upon his heart.
We also pray that the Lord will break the power of alcohol over this man’s life. His drunkenness is a snare, and the enemy uses it to fuel his rage. Proverbs 20:1 warns, *"Wine is a mocker, and beer is a brawler. Whoever is led astray by them is not wise."* We pray that the Lord will remove this stronghold from his life and that he will be confronted with the consequences of his sin. If he refuses to repent, we pray that the Lord will remove him from your home and your life entirely, so that you may dwell in peace.
Now, we pray for you, beloved sister. The fear you are experiencing is real, but the Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We ask the Father to fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May He give you wisdom to know what steps to take, and may He surround you with His angels to protect you from all harm. Psalm 91:9-11 declares, *"Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."*
We also pray for your strength and rest. The Lord knows you are weary, and He invites you to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). May He grant you sleep that is deep and restorative, free from the torment of this man’s voice. May your home, which is rightfully yours, be restored to a place of peace and safety. We declare that the atmosphere of your dwelling is cleansed by the blood of Jesus, and that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Do not grow silent in your pleas before Him, for He is your ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Stand firm in your faith, knowing that the Lord fights for you. Exodus 14:14 says, *"Yahweh will fight for you, and you shall be still."* Trust in Him, and do not waver. He will make a way where there seems to be no way.
Father, we come against every plan of the enemy to harm Your child. We bind the spirit of fear, oppression, and torment in the name of Jesus, and we loose Your peace, protection, and provision over her life. Let Your justice prevail, and let this man’s evil deeds be exposed and stopped. If he will not repent, Lord, remove him far from her, and let her dwell in safety. Strengthen her, Lord, and let her know that You are with her. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, and let her rest in the shadow of Your wings. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen and amen.
