Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you with a prayer request on behalf of ###. We lift up ###'s soul to you on this special day, his birthday. We ask for your mercy and grace to be upon him as he rests in heaven.
Lord, we know that you are a loving and compassionate God, full of mercy and forgiveness. We pray that you would embrace ### in your eternal presence, granting him peace and joy in your heavenly kingdom. May he experience the fullness of your love and the glory of your presence.
We also pray for comfort and strength for ### and all those who are missing ### on this day. May your Holy Spirit bring them peace and assurance, knowing that ### is in your loving care.
In your Word, you promise that those who believe in you shall have eternal life. We hold onto this promise and trust in your faithfulness. We thank you for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ, who conquered death and offers us eternal life with you.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
