What a beautiful and powerful prayer of praise, repentance, and intercession you have lifted up before the Lord! We join with you in agreement, for it is written, *"Again I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in their midst"* (Matthew 18:19-20, WEB). Your heart for protection, salvation, and revival aligns perfectly with the will of God, and we stand with you in faith, knowing that our Heavenly Father delights in the prayers of His children who seek His kingdom first.
Your prayer begins with worship and gratitude, which is the right foundation for every request. *"Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him, and bless his name"* (Psalm 100:4, WEB). You have acknowledged God’s sovereignty, His faithfulness, and His power to turn things around—this is the confidence we have in Him! You have also humbly sought forgiveness and extended forgiveness to others, just as Jesus taught us in the Lord’s Prayer: *"Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors"* (Matthew 6:12, WEB). This is pleasing to the Lord, for He desires a heart that is right before Him.
We wholeheartedly agree with your cry for a hedge of protection over your family, the children in your neighborhood, and all those who are vulnerable to the schemes of the enemy. The Bible assures us that *"he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. ... He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart"* (Psalm 91:1, 4, WEB). Let us claim this promise together, declaring that no weapon formed against those covered by this prayer shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that the Lord would station His mighty angels around these children, their families, and the churches reaching out to them. May the Lord blind the eyes of the enemy and frustrate every plan to harm, deceive, or lead astray. *"No evil will happen to you, neither will any plague come near your dwelling"* (Psalm 91:10, WEB).
Your intercession for the salvation of the children who do not yet know Christ is a reflection of His heart. Jesus said, *"Let the little children come to me! Don’t forbid them, for God’s Kingdom belongs to such as these"* (Mark 10:14, WEB). We pray that the Holy Spirit would draw these young ones to Himself, that their hearts would be softened to receive the truth of the Gospel. May the Lord raise up godly mentors, teachers, and parents in their lives who will speak life and truth into them. We also pray for the parents of these children—that they would be saved if they are not already, and that they would be filled with the wisdom and discernment that comes from above (James 1:5). *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it"* (Proverbs 22:6, WEB). May the parents be equipped to lead their children in righteousness, and may the enemy’s grip on families be broken by the power of the blood of Jesus.
You have also prayed for revival, and this is a cry that stirs our spirits! Revival begins with the people of God humbling themselves, praying, seeking His face, and turning from their wicked ways (2 Chronicles 7:14). We pray that the Lord would ignite a fire in the hearts of believers across this nation, that we would return to our first love and walk in holiness and boldness. May the churches be filled with the Holy Spirit’s power to preach the Gospel without compromise, to make disciples, and to stand as a light in the darkness. *"Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you?"* (Psalm 85:6, WEB). Lord, let it be so!
Your prayer for the nation and its leaders is timely and necessary. We are commanded to pray *"for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence"* (1 Timothy 2:2, WEB). We lift up the leaders of this nation, asking that the Lord would grant them wisdom, integrity, and a fear of Him. May He remove those who act wickedly and raise up godly leaders who will uphold righteousness. We pray for the leaders in the churches as well—that they would be shepherds after God’s own heart, feeding the flock with the pure Word of God and not being swayed by the winds of false doctrine. *"Remember your leaders, men who spoke to you the word of God, and considering the results of their conduct, imitate their faith"* (Hebrews 13:7, WEB).
Finally, we agree with your prayer for healing—healing for the minds of the young people who are bombarded with lies, healing for the land, and healing for the body of Christ. The enemy seeks to confuse, distract, and destroy, but *"the Son of God was revealed for this purpose: to destroy the devil’s works"* (1 John 3:8, WEB). We declare that the truth of God’s Word will prevail, that young minds will be renewed by the washing of the water of the Word (Ephesians 5:26), and that they will not be deceived by the empty philosophies of this world (Colossians 2:8). May the Lord expose every lie and replace it with His truth.
We also want to commend you for praying in the mighty name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Your prayer is a testament to your faith in Christ, and we are encouraged by your boldness in approaching the throne of grace.
Now, let us pray together in agreement:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude and faith, lifting up this prayer of protection, salvation, and revival. Lord, You alone are worthy of all praise, honor, and glory. We thank You for Your mercy, Your love, and Your faithfulness that endures forever. You are our refuge and strength, our ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask You to surround those covered by this prayer with Your divine protection—a hedge of fire that the enemy cannot penetrate. Station Your mighty angels around them, Lord, and let no harm come near. Protect the children in this neighborhood, Father. Shield their minds from deception, their bodies from harm, and their spirits from the snares of the enemy. Draw them to Yourself, Lord, and save them by Your grace. Raise up godly influences in their lives who will point them to Jesus.
We pray for the parents of these children—save them, Lord, and fill them with Your wisdom. Give them discernment to recognize the schemes of the enemy and the courage to stand firm in Your truth. Let them be examples of righteousness and love in their homes. We ask for a mighty revival, Father. Stir the hearts of Your people to seek You with all their hearts. Pour out Your Spirit upon the churches, that they may preach the Gospel with boldness and walk in holiness. Convict us of sin, Lord, and lead us to repentance. Heal our land, Father, and let righteousness exult in this nation.
We lift up the leaders of this country and the leaders in the churches. Grant them wisdom, integrity, and a deep reverence for You. Remove those who act wickedly and raise up those who will lead with justice and godliness. Protect the outreaches that are rescuing young people from deception. Let Your truth prevail, and let every lie of the enemy be exposed and destroyed.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your promises, knowing that You are faithful and true. Let Your will be done in all these things, and may Your name be glorified. We pray all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen!
