Praying for permanent job

We join with you in lifting up your heartfelt requests before the Lord, knowing that He hears the cries of His children and delights in answering according to His perfect will. It is wonderful that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is by His name alone that we are saved, and it is in His name that we boldly approach the throne of grace.
First, we pray for your need for permanent employment. The Lord is your Provider, and He knows your needs before you even ask. *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB). We ask the Lord to open doors that no man can shut, to grant you favor in the sight of those who make hiring decisions, and to provide a job that not only meets your financial needs but also aligns with His purpose for your life. May He give you patience and trust in His timing, for *"the Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him"* (Lamentations 3:25, WEB).
We also lift up your prayer for the fruit of the womb. Children are a heritage from the Lord, and we ask that He would bless you with the desire of your heart if it aligns with His will. *"Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward"* (Psalm 127:3, WEB). We pray that you would trust in His sovereignty, whether He grants this request or calls you to walk a different path. His plans are always good, even when they differ from our own.
For breakthrough and deliverance, we declare the power of the Lord over every stronghold and obstacle in your life. *"The Lord Yahweh is my strength. He makes my feet like deer’s feet, and enables me to go on my high places"* (Habakkuk 3:19, WEB). We rebuke every spirit of delay, oppression, or bondage in the name of Jesus, and we ask the Lord to set you free from anything that hinders your walk with Him. May He break every chain and lead you into the fullness of His liberty.
We also pray for protection over you and your household. The Lord is your shield and your fortress, and we ask that He would surround you with His angels, guarding you from all evil and harm. *"He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart"* (Psalm 91:4, WEB). May you rest in the assurance that no weapon formed against you will prosper, for the Lord is your defender.
For your daughter, we ask the Lord to fill her with wisdom and knowledge, for these are gifts that come from Him alone. *"For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding"* (Proverbs 2:6, WEB). We pray that she would grow in the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom, and that she would walk in discernment in all her ways. Protect her, Lord, from every snare of the enemy, from harmful influences, and from the temptations of this world. May she be rooted and grounded in Your truth, and may her life bring glory to Your name.
Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord with all your heart. *"Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart"* (Psalm 37:4, WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, trusting that He is working all things together for your good. Do not grow weary in prayer, for *"the earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results"* (James 5:16, WEB).
Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of Your child, lifting up these requests with faith and expectation. You are the God who sees, the God who provides, and the God who delivers. We ask that You would grant permanent employment, blessing the work of their hands and opening doors of opportunity.
