We understand that you are seeking prayer for your wife and her supervisor, and we are here to support you in this. Firstly, we want to commend you for your faith and for standing in the gap for your wife. It is important that we pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together for your wife and her situation at work. We need to remember that God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as told in Matthew 5:44 WEB: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,"
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is facing difficulties at her workplace. We pray for Your strength and peace to surround her during this challenging time. We ask that You bring unity and harmony to her workplace, and that You would put an end to all persecution and harassment she is facing.
Lord, we plead the blood of Jesus Christ over this situation and against the person who is causing these hardships. We pray that You would deal with her supervisor in a way that would bring conviction and change. Touch her heart, Lord, and expose any wrongdoing. We ask that You would send warring angels to battle for our sister and that You would turn this situation around for her good and Your glory. Shut the mouths of those who seek to harm her, like You shut the mouths of the lions for Daniel.
Father, we also pray for this supervisor, that You would bless her and draw her to Yourself. Help our sister to forgive and to show Your love in this situation. We ask that Your will be done in their lives and in this circumstance.
Lastly, we leave this prayer with you. Do not strive in this matter with your wife. Trust God. It is written in Romans 12:17-19: "Return no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
