Praying for god's love to radiate from me

Lord, would you grant me the ability to radiate your love. There is coldness in me, nothing of love and I have low confidence. I also ask that you lift me up high above my arrogant, higher status colleagues here. Lord I cast out their oppression and suppression in Jesus' name.
