Praying for Godly providers

Anonymous

Beloved of All
This ### doesn’t call back as promised after taking a break and they very difficult to find. However, I’m not really happy with them. I feel I don’t get enough professional feedback from them and continually searching for the right one, for several years now, that is a true believer and truely understanding. Also I’ve been very busy myself to commit for serveral months on this. Need prayers to connect with true believers on this ### date site and get good healing rest, so much to do so much to accomplish so little time. Please Lord Jesus Help in all of this please open miracle doors for us now. Amen Is. 54;17

We hear your heart’s cry for godly connection, wisdom, and rest in this season of searching. The frustration of unmet expectations and the weariness of prolonged pursuit are real, but we stand with you in faith, believing that the Lord sees your longing for true fellowship and healing. First, we must address the foundation of your request, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His grace alone that we find true rest and provision. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is His Spirit that guides us into all truth (John 16:13). If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Him, we encourage you to do so, for He is the only source of lasting peace and direction.

Your mention of a dating site raises concerns, as Scripture calls believers to pursue relationships with intentionality and purity, with marriage as the God-ordained goal. The Bible warns against being unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14), and we must be vigilant in guarding our hearts (Proverbs 4:23). If you are seeking a spouse, we pray for the Lord to bring a godly man or woman into your life, one who loves the Lord above all else, who will encourage your faith, and who will walk with you in covenant commitment. Courtship should be marked by prayer, accountability, and a shared vision for Christ-centered marriage, not merely emotional or physical attraction. If you have been involved in relationships that do not honor God, we gently but firmly rebuke any patterns of compromise and encourage you to repent and seek His forgiveness.

We also lift up your need for rest and healing. The busyness of life can distract us from the stillness required to hear God’s voice (Psalm 46:10). Jesus invites you to come to Him, all who are weary and burdened, and He will give you rest (Matthew 11:28). We pray that you would prioritize time in His presence, allowing Him to renew your strength (Isaiah 40:31). Your desire for professional feedback and understanding is valid, but we encourage you to seek counsel from those who are grounded in Scripture and who will speak truth in love (Ephesians 4:15). The Lord may be using this season to refine your discernment and teach you to rely on Him alone.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who seeks Your provision, healing, and rest. Lord, You know the desires of their heart, and we ask that You would align them with Your perfect will. Open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and connect them with true believers who will sharpen them in faith and walk alongside them in godly fellowship. We rebuke the spirit of frustration and weariness, and we declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). Father, we pray for divine appointments, whether in relationships, professional guidance, or moments of rest, that will glorify Your name. Heal their heart from past disappointments, and fill them with hope in Your promises. Teach them to wait on You, trusting that Your timing is perfect. We ask for wisdom to discern Your voice and the courage to walk in obedience. May they find their ultimate satisfaction in You alone, for You are the God who sees and provides (Genesis 22:14). In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to press into the Lord in this season. Spend time in His Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Seek out a local body of believers where you can grow in faith and find accountability. The Lord is faithful, and He will not leave you lacking in any good thing (Psalm 34:10). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28), even when the path feels uncertain. Rest in Him.

We hear the weariness in your words, this years-long search for the right provider, while you're carrying so much already, is draining. It's completely reasonable to want a therapist who shares your faith and offers meaningful professional feedback. Empathy, warmth, genuine engagement, and the ability to challenge you supportively aren't extras; they're central to the kind of healing space you deserve. It's not wrong to keep looking until you find that fit, even when it's exhausting.

In the meantime, maybe give yourself permission to take a small step back from the search this week, simply to rest. You mentioned how busy you've been and how little rest you're getting, healing rest matters to God, too. Sometimes our clarity sharpens when we stop pushing so hard. While you pause, you might ask a trusted friend from church or a small group leader if they know of any solid believers in the field; often word of mouth can cut through the frustrating cycle of calls that don't get returned.

On the other front, navigating a dating site while longing for genuine believers is its own heavy lift. We can pray for discernment and for God to make the right paths clear, in His timing. You don't have to figure it all out at once.

Jesus, we come with our friend who's been faithful in the seeking but is tired. You see the desire for a wise, understanding, Christ-following counselor and for true companionship. Please open the right doors, the ones that lead to genuine help and godly connection. Guard against wasted energy and wrong fits. Grant deep, restoring rest for body and soul, and give fresh hope in the waiting. We trust you for what we cannot orchestrate, in your name. Amen.

Thou art calling upon the Lord for godly providers, and thy request is heard in the courts of heaven. The fear of man bringeth a snare, but the fear of the Lord is strong confidence. When we walk in that holy fear, we are not cast down by the unfaithfulness of men, for our trust is anchored in the steadfast promise of God. This disappointment with one who promised and failed is but a trial of thy faith; let it drive thee nearer to the One who never forgets His covenant.

Thou hast been searching long for a true believer, one who understandeth and giveth godly counsel. True believers have indeed believed through grace, and such need help and further instruction. Yet the Lord Himself is thy chief Provider. Wait upon Him, and in that waiting, enter into His rest. For Christ saith, “I will give you rest”, a present rest, given now to those who believe, not a rest after years of toil. Thou art weary with much to do and little time; learn of Him who is meek and lowly in heart, and thou shalt find rest for thy soul, even in the midst of thy labors. It is rest on the wing, rest in service, the rest of a man who has first laid his burden at the foot of the Cross.

As for connecting with true believers on this dating site, though men may miscall and timings may seem hard, the Lord knoweth them that are His. He will open miracle doors, according to thy prayer and the promise of Isaiah 54:17. No weapon formed against thee shall prosper. Only believe, and thou shalt see the salvation of God. The genuine believer tugs in prayer, as Jacob at Jabbok, until the blessing comes; let not thy prayers grow thin, for the fervent prayer of a righteous heart availeth much.

Thou speakest of needing healing rest. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, even the least thing about Christ brings wholeness. Touch but the hem of His garment by faith, and healing virtue shall flow. He giveth His beloved sleep, and He restoreth the soul. Trust, and thou shalt rest; return unto thy rest, O soul, for the Lord hath dealt bountifully with thee.

I join my prayers with thine, that the Lord Jesus would guide thee to those who fear Him, grant thee the rest that remaineth for the people of God, and make thy way plain. Wait in believing, work in resting, and let thy confidence be in His unerring wisdom. So be it, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You search for a godly companion as one wandering in a wilderness, finding none who calls back, and you grow weary. It is no small thing to thirst in a dry land. Yet remember how Christ fed the multitudes in the wilderness, far from any village, that you might learn His provision comes not from the nearest help of man but from His own hand. He often waits until all human avenues fail, so that the miracle may be believed. The one you sought did not return. If he is not true, is not his silence a mercy? For it is better to go hungry than to eat poison. Do not chase after shadows; chase after Christ, and all else shall be added.

You say you have so little time and much to do, and you crave rest. But what time is your own? The day is the Lord’s. First find rest for your soul in Jesus, for no earthly companion can give it. When His peace like a river fills you, then your eyes will see clearly. You look for a true believer on a dating site, but consider: be that true believer yourself. Let your own character shine like a city on a hill. Many seek a godly spouse, but few strive mightily to become one. A Christian is not made by a profile but by a life hidden in God.

You ask for miracle doors to open. The Lord opens, and no man shuts. But recall how at Cana the best wine came last, and the master of the feast knew not whence it came, only that the servants who drew the water knew. God often works hiddenly, gently, until the appointed hour. The miracle was not revealed with trumpets but in quiet obedience. So your wait in these years is not emptiness; it is the water filling the jars. In patience possess your soul. Do not envy the swift; many run fast only to fall. Let prayer and not anxiety rule your heart. Is not the victory that overcomes the world your faith? He who shut the mouths of lions can bring the right person in His season, not on the schedule of a dating site. Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord. Rest in Him, for He is your portion and your cup.

The longing for a godly companion and reliable, faithful help in your life is heavy on your heart, and that weight has been piling up for years. I want to encourage you that there is a rest for God’s people, a deep soul rest that remains available no matter how long the search has gone on or how many disappointments you’ve faced. That rest does not come when you finally find the right person or when the provider calls back as promised. It comes when you release your own endless striving and simply believe that He who opened the door for you is the same One who will shut it when it’s time, and no one else can.

It is so easy to think, “If I could just see what God is doing, I could rest.” But the truth is, the only place you will ever truly rest is in faith. Not in your own efforts, not in your own research, not in your own timeline. Faith rests in the character of God, even when a professional goes silent or a dating site yields no genuine connection. That doesn’t mean you do nothing. There comes a moment when prayer must be paired with movement. The Spirit leads us not only to wait but also to step forward when He sets an open door before us. If He is presenting a new way to meet believers or to reevaluate what you need in a provider, walk through it with a quiet heart, because when Jesus opens a door, no person can shut it.

The frustration and busyness you describe are real, and the feeling that time is slipping away is something every believer understands. Our days are short, but eternity is long. That urgency is not meant to drive you into anxious exhaustion; it’s meant to push you into His mercy. Jesus invites the weary to come and find rest in Him, not in perfect circumstances. The rest He gives is often experienced as you cease from your own works and trust the Holy Spirit to work on your behalf. That might mean pausing the frantic search, not out of laziness, but out of faith that He can do more in a moment of yielded stillness than you can accomplish in months of desperate activity.

When you look for true believers, whether in a professional setting or on a dating site, godly wisdom is more valuable than impressive resumes or charming profiles. Real wisdom from above is pure, peaceable, and without hypocrisy. It does not leave you with confusion or a constant sense of having to chase someone down. Pay attention to the fruit. If a connection breeds envy, strife, or a lack of peace, that is not the wisdom from heaven. You have been searching a long time, and I understand the disappointment when someone says they will call and then doesn’t. That kind of letdown can harden a heart if you let it. The Scripture warns, “Today, if you will hear his voice, do not harden your hearts.” Keep your heart soft before the Lord even in the waiting, because the bitterness of unmet expectations can shut down the very rest you desperately need.

You prayed for miracle doors, and you claimed the promise that no weapon formed against you will prosper. That is a true and faithful word. But remember that the greatest weapon the enemy uses against a tired believer is not a specific person or a failed date but the despair that whispers, “It will never change.” Fight that lie by entering the rest that comes from trusting Jesus completely. He is your provider far above any human helper. He is the one who can lead you to the right people at the right time, and He often does it when you stop trying to force the outcome.

I understand the vexation that comes with watching the clock and feeling you have so little time. But God is not bound by time. Morning by morning His mercies are new. Instead of letting the report of your unreturned calls and empty inbox vex you, let the Spirit calm your heart with the promise that He knows your works, your weariness, and your desire for a genuine, godly connection. His timing is not late. He is preparing both you and the right people simultaneously, even now.

So receive His rest today, not as a temporary escape but as a posture of faith. Let the sorrow over past setbacks work a godly determination in you, a clearing away of anything that doesn’t honor Him, and a fresh fear of falling into self-reliance. Then, when the Spirit nudges you to act on a new opportunity or to try again, move without anxiety, knowing that His love is not easily provoked and thinks no evil toward you. He can make a way where no professional network or dating platform can. The same Lord who sets captives free can open prison doors of loneliness and stagnation. He can connect you with those who will not only understand but also share your deepest values. Be at peace, and trust that He who began a good work in you will complete it.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our heart’s joy to lift your need for godly providers—those who will not only keep their word but also offer the kind of professional, compassionate feedback that refreshes your spirit. We’ve asked the Lord to quiet the restlessness of your search and to bring you into the company of true believers who understand both your calling and your weariness.

We know how heavy the weight of unfinished tasks can feel when time seems to slip away. So we’ve also prayed for healing rest—deep, soul-nourishing pauses that restore your strength and sharpen your focus. Most of all, we’ve asked Jesus to open miracle doors right now, doors wide enough for His provision, His wisdom, and His peace to walk through.

If any part of this prayer has already been answered, we would love to hear your praise report so we can celebrate with you. If the answer still feels distant, please post your request again; we are eager to continue standing with you until every need is met. May the Lord bless you richly as you press into Him, trusting that He is already at work in ways you cannot yet see. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus.
