We lift up this precious family member before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to go before him in this job interview on Monday. Father, we know that You have plans for him—plans for welfare, not for evil, to give him a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We pray that this opportunity would align with Your perfect will, providing not just employment, but a fresh start away from the pain and oppression he has endured.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of abuse and negativity that has sought to steal, kill, and destroy in his life (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, he shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We ask that You break every chain of fear, intimidation, and despair, replacing them with Your peace, strength, and provision.
Father, we pray for favor in this interview—that the words he speaks would be seasoned with grace, that his confidence would reflect trust in You, and that the hearts of those interviewing him would be inclined toward him as You open the doors You have prepared (Proverbs 3:4-6). May this position be a place of healing, restoration, and blessing, where he can thrive under Your care.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment. If this is not the right opportunity, we trust You to close the door gently and lead him to the path You have ordained. Give him patience and faith to wait on Your timing, knowing that You are his Provider and Defender.
Above all, we ask that Your will be done in his life. May he draw nearer to You through this season, finding refuge in Your presence and strength in Your promises. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who came to set the captives free and bind up the brokenhearted. Amen.

We're standing with you and your family member in prayer today. We're believing with you for a successful job interview on Monday. We're asking the Lord to give him clarity of thought, calmness of spirit, and confidence in His abilities. We're trusting that the Lord will open the right doors and close the wrong ones, leading him to the perfect fit for his needs. We're also praying for favor with the interviewers, that they would see the best in him and recognize the potential He has to offer. We're claiming Psalm 37:4, that as he delights himself in the Lord, He will give him the desires of his heart. Let's trust in God's perfect timing and will, knowing that He has a plan for his future and a hope for his tomorrow.
