Praying for clarity and direction with Andrey..

Dear Lord,

I am praying to know what are the next steps that I should do when it comes to Andrey. Should I stay friends with him or let him go? I don't know what got into my head and why I even thought he was my Kingdom Spouse. When I met him, I thought it was going to be slow burn. Its only been a month and I am already crying my eyes out.

I really want to keep this because I truly believe you gave him to me for a reason. However, it seems as if life just keeps happening so fast and what I thought would be a slow burn is turning into a nightmare. I went on this website before praying for Karl. I remember praying for him so many times. The same goes with Vincent, however I am always faced in uncertainty and misdirection. Its always the same thing. He doesn't want a relationship with me. I cannot count how many times this happened to me because I truly prayed for my husband to come already.

I know the patterns of my actions and my relationships. Every time I would hope for it to turn out different, it always turns into failure. I am so tired of repeating the same heartbreak, the same mistake, having the same hope that one day this guy will fall inlove with me and choose me over anyone else. I really don't want to experience this anymore, Lord.

That is why I am lifting Andrey up to you. In my last prayer, I believed he was my Kingdom Spouse, but based on what is happening, it seems as if I am only living in delusion. I feel sad because I went to church with him He was the one who encouraged me to get back into praying. But why doesn't he love me back, Lord? What is his purpose in my life? Because I am in so much pain. I really lost myself this time again. I became the one person who I never wanted to be. I begged, chased and I keep trying to make him choose me.

Lord God, please write me a beautiful love story. Please allow me to finally meet someone who will take care of me and give me the kind of love I deserve. Please allow me to meet the right person in your most perfect time. I want to stop hoping for the day that Andrey will notice me. I don't wanna live in my inner child's unhealed wounds. Please give me someone who loves you wholeheartedly. Please give me someone who I can go to church with and have you at the center of our relationship. I want to meet this person.

As much as my heart tells me to hope its Andrey, I would still want to keep surrendering everything to you, Lord Jesus Christ. You know what my heart desires. You know the kind of love I deserve and the kind of love I have always prayed for as a child. Please help me because I want to rebuke the Devil's intentions and intrusive thoughts. Please help me to hear your voice even though I am faced with so much pain and uncertainty. Please help me to follow your will even in times of darkness.

I really am surrendering Andrey to you. I cannot handle this on my own, Lord. I really hope you can guide me and help me become a better person. May I accept whatever outcome it is. I pray for peace of mind and I pray that this will be the last time that I allow the Devil to control me, my thoughts and my emotions. I want to follow you, Lord. I want to live and walk in your path. I am really sorry for doubting you and for being so impatient. I am so sorry for everything.

Thank you so much. To anyone reading this today, I hope you can pray for me. I really need your prayers.

Amen. Praise be to God.

We hear the deep pain and longing in your heart, and we lift you up in prayer before our Heavenly Father. Your honesty about the cycle of hope and heartbreak is courageous, and we want to encourage you with truth from God’s Word. First, we must address the patterns you’ve recognized—repeatedly investing emotionally in men who do not reciprocate your desire for commitment. The Bible warns us in Proverbs 4:23 to guard our hearts, for everything we do flows from it. The chasing, begging, and hoping against hope for someone to choose you is not God’s design for love. His plan is for a man to pursue a woman with honor, as Christ pursues the church (Ephesians 5:25). You deserve to be cherished, not left in uncertainty.

We also notice the term "Kingdom Spouse" is not a biblical concept. While we understand the desire to see God’s hand in a relationship, we must be careful not to assign divine purpose to something that may simply be human emotion or even deception. Jeremiah 17:9 reminds us, "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?" Instead of seeking a "Kingdom Spouse," we should seek God’s will and trust that He will bring the right man into your life in His perfect timing. Until then, we are called to contentment in Him alone (Philippians 4:11).

Your pain is valid, and we grieve with you over the repeated heartbreak. But we must also rebuke the enemy’s lies that you are unworthy of love or that this pattern is your destiny. God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). The fact that you recognize these cycles is a sign of the Holy Spirit’s conviction—He is calling you to break free from this bondage. We encourage you to take a season of singleness to heal, seek God’s face, and allow Him to restore your identity in Christ. You are not defined by your relationships or your past mistakes. You are a beloved daughter of the Most High, and your worth is found in Him alone (Ephesians 1:4-5).

We also want to gently address the emotional and spiritual dependency you’ve placed on Andrey. While it’s clear he has had a positive influence on your faith, no man should hold the place in your heart that only God can fill. Psalm 73:25-26 says, "Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever." Your longing for love is not wrong, but it must be directed first toward God. He is the only one who can satisfy the deepest desires of your heart (Psalm 107:9).

Now, we pray with you and for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our sister who is weary and broken. Lord, we ask that You would comfort her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke the spirit of deception that has kept her bound in cycles of heartbreak and false hope. We declare that she is free in Christ Jesus, and we ask that You would break every chain that has kept her from walking in the fullness of Your purpose for her life.

Father, we ask that You would heal her heart from the wounds of the past. Mend the places that have been shattered by rejection and disappointment. Restore her identity in You, Lord, and remind her that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Help her to see herself through Your eyes—as a cherished daughter, not as someone who must beg for love.

We pray for clarity and direction regarding Andrey. If he is not the man You have for her, give her the strength to release him fully into Your hands. If there is still a role for him in her life, show her how to relate to him in a way that honors You and protects her heart. But Lord, we ask that You would remove any idolatrous attachment to him or the idea of him. Let her heart be fully Yours.

Father, we ask that You would write a new story for her—a story of healing, restoration, and divine love. Bring into her life a godly man who will love her as Christ loves the church, who will lead her spiritually, and who will cherish her as the precious gift she is. Prepare her heart to recognize him when he comes, and give her the wisdom to wait for Your timing.

Lord, we ask that You would fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she may walk in self-control, peace, and joy. Help her to resist the enemy’s lies and to stand firm on Your promises. Teach her to find her satisfaction in You alone, knowing that You are enough. We pray that she would grow in intimacy with You during this season, drawing closer to Your heart and learning to hear Your voice more clearly.

We also pray for protection over her mind and emotions. Guard her from intrusive thoughts and the enemy’s schemes to steal her joy and peace. Fill her with Your truth, and let it be a lamp to her feet and a light to her path (Psalm 119:105).

Father, we thank You that You are a God who hears our cries and collects our tears in a bottle (Psalm 56:8). You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We trust that You are working all things together for her good, even when she cannot see it (Romans 8:28). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and help her to trust in Your perfect plan.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to seek godly counsel from mature believers who can walk alongside you during this season. Consider joining a Bible study or small group where you can grow in your faith and find support. Spend time in God’s Word daily, allowing His truth to renew your mind (Romans 12:2). And remember, healing is a process—be patient with yourself as God works in you.

You are not alone in this journey. The Lord sees your pain, and He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). Keep your eyes on Him, and trust that He is leading you to a place of greater freedom and joy.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are so grateful you shared your heart with us and allowed us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. Your honesty and vulnerability before the Lord are deeply moving, and we have lifted up every word of your request before Him, trusting that He hears you even more than we do.

We continue to pray for clarity and direction regarding ###, asking the Lord to reveal His perfect will for your relationship—whether that means restoration, healing, or a gentle closing of this chapter. Father, we ask You to quiet the storm in her heart and replace confusion with Your peace. Help her to see herself through Your eyes, not through the lens of past disappointments or unmet expectations. We rebuke the lies of the enemy that seek to distort her identity in You and ask for Your truth to take root in her spirit.

Lord, we join with her in praying for the love story You have written for her life. We ask You to bring the right person—someone who loves You wholeheartedly, who will cherish her as You do, and who will walk with her in faith. Until then, we pray for healing in the places where her heart has been wounded, for strength to release control, and for the grace to trust Your timing. May she hear Your voice clearly above the noise of doubt and pain, and may she walk in the confidence of Your promises.

We also pray for ###, that You would work in his heart according to Your will. Whether he is meant to be a part of her story or a lesson in surrender, we ask that You use this season for Your glory in both of their lives.

Above all, we pray that she would feel Your nearness in this time. Remind her that she is never alone, that You collect every tear, and that Your plans for her are good. Help her to rest in Your sovereignty, even when the path ahead feels uncertain.

If the Lord has already begun to answer these prayers in ways you’ve seen or felt, we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the answers haven’t come yet, we invite you to share this request again so we can continue to intercede on your behalf. Either way, we are here with you, trusting that God is at work even in the waiting.

May He bless you with His presence, fill you with His hope, and draw you ever closer to Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
