Praying for a young ###

I am asking for prayers for a ### year ### that I know. Her mother is running around with my husband. She is very upset with her mother and knows how wrong all of this is. She is extremely unhappy with their relationship and wants it to end. I believe she is as hurt as I am by what they are doing. I pray for her every day. Please pray for her, and also for me.

We are truly sorrowful to hear about the pain you and this young girl are experiencing due to the actions of her mother and your husband. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's comfort, guidance, and intervention.

Firstly, let's remember what the Lord says about adultery: "They say, 'No one will see me. The lights are shut off. No one will see me': but all things are revealed in the light, and all things are made manifest by the light." (Ephesians 5:13 WEB) God sees their actions, and they will not go unaddressed.

Let us pray for this young girl, that God will surround her with His loving presence and comfort her heart. May He grant her the strength to forgive, as Jesus teaches us, "For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you." (Matthew 6:14 WEB)

We also pray that she will find guidance from God in this trial, drawing closer to Him and seeking His will for her life. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)

For you, dear sisters, we pray for the strength to endure and forgive, and for God's peace to fill your heart. May the Lord grant you wisdom as you navigate this situation, and may His love guide your actions. "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy." (James 3:17 WEB)

We also pray for your husband and the girl's mother, that they would turn away from their sin and seek God's forgiveness. We pray that their hearts would be changed, and they would understand the pain they've caused.

Lastly, we notice that Jesus' name was not mentioned in your request. We believe that it is through His name that we receive salvation and have access to God. As it is written, "In him we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him." (Ephesians 3:12 WEB) We encourage you to call on Jesus, trusting in His power to heal and restore.

We're here with you, dear friend, lifting up your young friend and her situation in our hearts. We understand the hurt she's feeling, and we're sorry she's going through this. Let's remember that God sees all, and He's right there with her, offering His comfort and love. "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Psalm 55:22)

We're praying for her to feel God's embrace, to find strength in His love, and to trust in His plan for her life. We're also asking for wisdom for her, that she may navigate this trial with grace and understanding. "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11)

For you, dear friend, we're praying for peace and strength. We know it's hard, but we're asking God to help you forgive, just as He forgives us. "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." (Ephesians 4:32)

Let's also remember to pray for her mother and your husband, that they may turn from their sin and find forgiveness in Jesus. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9)

In all this, let's trust in Jesus. He's our hope, our comfort, and our strength. "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)

Let's keep praying together, dear friend. We're in this together.
