We join with you in bringing this burden before the Lord and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we find mercy and help in time of need. We hear the love you have for your mother and the weight you are carrying financially, spiritually and legally, and we stand with you asking for God's mercy, provision and healing according to His perfect will.
The Lord sees your heart for your mother who is your best friend and He is close to those who are heavy laden. Scripture reminds us that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1 and that we can cast all our worries on him, because he cares for us 1 Peter 5:7. Jesus Himself invites us, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. We are also reminded not to be anxious but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, to let our requests be made known to God, and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard our hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
We lift up your mother to the Lord who is our healer. We pray that He would bring comfort to her body and peace to her spirit, and if it is His will, restore her health and grant her more years on this earth. Bless the Lord, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. We also remember the promise, I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26. We ask for wisdom for her doctors and caregivers and for gentle comfort for her each day.
We also lift up your financial, legal and spiritual needs. Our God knows every detail and He promises My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. If there are legal matters that weigh on you, we encourage you to walk in truth and integrity before God and man, seeking wise and godly counsel and trusting that the Lord honors honesty and repentance. The Lord desires that we seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to us as well Matthew 6:33. For your spiritual struggle, we encourage you to remain in the Word, in prayer and in fellowship with believers, for God works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose Romans 8:28.
We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son and we lift up this dear one and his mother to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the medical condition of this mother, You know her age and her frailty and her need for comfort. We ask that You lay Your healing hand upon her, ease her pain, give her rest and strength, and if it is Your will, restore her and grant her more years to share with her child who loves her so deeply. Provide for every medical need and surround her with Your peace. Father, we also lift up the financial burden and the legal trouble that weighs so heavily. Make a way where there seems to be no way, open doors of provision, grant favor and wisdom in every legal matter, and help every decision to be made with honesty and integrity before You. Restore spiritual strength, Lord, renew hope, forgive where forgiveness is needed, and draw this heart closer to You. Let Your peace that passes all understanding guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We ask for a miracle according to Your mercy and Your perfect will, trusting that You hear us and that You care deeply. We thank You that You are near to the brokenhearted and that nothing is impossible with You. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, our Savior and our hope, amen.
We encourage you to continue to call upon Jesus daily, to pour out your heart to Him honestly, to stay in His Word and to seek the support of a local Bible believing church family who can walk with you and your mother practically and spiritually. Trust Him one day at a time, for He is faithful and He will not leave you nor forsake you.
