praying for a bit of happiness

I've been feeling a bit down here and there in life. I really love the gift of life that God has given me but I just pray that life can be filled with a little more happiness instead of this emptiness or depression that I feel time to time. I just pray that God will guide me through my life and protect me from sadness and sorrow. I pray that everything will be alright for me and for me and all those who feel that sadness time to time. Lord, In Your Word you let king Solomon, whom You gave a lot of wisdom, write about life and how there are seasons of different kinds that we all must go through in our life. This is something very wise to hold on to when things in life seem not to go real well with us. It is Your wisdom that tells us that this is just a season, a season that teaches us a lot that can only be learned by going through it. Who has known pain will all the more be able to taste fullness of joy afterwards. Lord, I pray for this brother to experience You in whatever he is going through now and that he may be filled with You and Your Joy and find happiness. Heavenly Shepherd, lead this brother to the green pastures You have for him. In Jesus Name. amen

Dear Heavenly Father, pleasse help this man. He THANKS YOU for giving him life, all that he asks is that if you could please bring more happiness in his life. Please Lord in heaven destroy this deppression that your son feels in his heart. Destroy every single emotion in his heart that has to do with sadness and anger. And fill it with your Holy Spirit. Tell him in a dream that you are with him or give him a meaningful dream that he will remember. because who doesnt like it when you God talk to a person through dreams? Lord Jesus, will you take my brother, without hope, by the hand. I come up against the spirit of negativity. I come up against the spirit of sorrow. I come up against the spirit of loneliness. I come up against the spirit of deception. I come up against the spirit of depression. I bind these dark spirits together. I chain them with a chain that can not be opened except by my Lord Jesus and I cast them all together in the sea. Lord, let my brother feel your mighty power as you deliver him and set him free from the enemy's grasp. I pray your mercy and grace to cover him, to protect him, to deliver him and to give him peace to know that you ARE in control. You made plans for this man before he was conceived. You brought him into his family, not by fate or chance, but by design. You gave him certain genes for the purpose for which you breathed life into him. I cast his sadness to the wind. May he reflect on all the blessings you have bestowed on him throughout his lifetime, little things that might have gone unnoticed if he weren't thinking and meditating upon them. Lord, cause them to be brought back into rememberence that you would be glorified. Lord, give my brother wisdom and discernment. Let him seek your will with all of his heart, mind and spirit. Fill his cup, Lord to overflowing. Lead and guide him and show him the way, show him the path you have set for him. I just thank you and praise you for your hand upon his, for your help in lighting his way. May you bless him abundantly and may his light shine pointing the way for others who are seeking you.
